The accommodation was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and just about 5 minutes by car. The room was on the smaller side, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were not working, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the location and the amenities, the pricing felt unreasonable. Thankfully, thanks to Airbnb’s policies, I received a full refund, but the $300 price tag seemed steep for what was offered. I hope they can propose a more reasonable rate and enhance the facilities soon.

This Airbnb is in a fantastic spot and the apartment is quite roomy. While there are a few minor upgrades needed, we were really pleased with our extended stay. The location is super convenient, featuring a great parking spot, a gym, and a large swimming pool where we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets each evening.

We arrived late in the evening, nearly 10 PM, and were in a bit of a bind after finding our previous Airbnb was not properly prepared for us. Thankfully, Kevin came to our rescue! He ensured everything was in order for a last-minute check-in, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place!

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of everything! However, the building does show its age. I appreciated Kevin's prompt communication throughout our stay. While the carpets could really use a deep clean and some of the furniture is showing signs of wear with peeling leather, I still found the place comfortable. Overall, it was a nice stay in a prime spot, but there are definitely some areas that need attention.
