We had an amazing getaway with a group of 12 for a bachelorette weekend! The house was spotless and looked just like the photos. It was a quick Uber ride to all the bars and dining options we wanted to explore. The host was incredibly responsive and assisted us with everything we needed. This place is definitely a top choice!
The host was incredibly quick to respond to all of our inquiries and took great care in helping us during our stay. Managing the needs of 16 people is no small feat, and they handled it with ease. Communication was top-notch, which is crucial when booking an Airbnb. The house matched the description perfectly. The only issue we encountered was with the oven, but the host came by promptly and confirmed it was out of order. Fortunately, the stovetop was functional. Since we were primarily in town for a wedding, we didn't need to cook large meals. We truly valued our interactions with the host, especially all the thoughtful touches they provided us with that went beyond our expectations. A huge shoutout to them! We will definitely consider properties they manage in the future.
This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental market. It's perfect for an individual, a couple, or even two friends since the bed can be converted into twin beds or a king. The location is ideal, putting you close to all the attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been thoughtfully renovated with a stove, fridge, and modern sink and counter space. The bathroom has also seen some nice updates, including a dimmer switch for added ambiance. I really appreciated the ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room, which, along with the efficient air conditioning, kept us comfortable. The closet is well-organized with a clever shelving system that offers great storage. There’s access to a washer and dryer, plus off-street parking, which is shared with the main house that is also available for rent if more space is required. The property manager was very responsive and handled a few minor concerns we had promptly and pleasantly. All in all, this property met all our expectations, and we would definitely consider renting from this host again.
This was a spacious place perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. There were a few minor concerns, like the hot tub being in need of a good cleaning and some flooring issues on the main level. But overall, it matched the listing and we didn't encounter any significant problems. I would definitely consider staying here again.
The location of the rental was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over half an hour to walk and just a short drive of about five minutes. The room itself felt small, accommodating just one double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower was out of order and the kitchen did not come with any amenities. Given the location and the facilities, the pricing seems quite unreasonable. Thankfully, the cancellation policy allowed for a full refund, but paying over $300 for this space felt excessive. I hope the owner can consider offering a more competitive price along with additional amenities in the future.
