Elegant West Palm Beach Getaway Featuring a Private Guest Cottage and Spa

Our stay was absolutely fantastic!

We arrived on a flight that got in around 1:00 PM, thinking we could enjoy some lunch before checking in at 4:00 PM. However, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working. After waiting until 5:49 PM with no updates, we inquired again and were met with silence. By 7:02 PM, we asked for a status update and were told they would get back to us. Unfortunately, we ended up being able to access the property only around 7:45 PM. Once inside, we discovered that there had been water damage in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still present to install new tiles. They were cutting tiles until nearly 9:30 PM, and we were left to deal with a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, which were left in the kitchen throughout our stay. There was no apology or compensation offered for our troubles. I did ask about a possible refund for the late check-in and the issues we faced, but I never received a follow-up. This experience was quite unsatisfactory, and I wouldn’t choose to rent here again.

Mark was a fantastic host! The check-in process was smooth, and he was quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. He personally greeted us upon arrival, making everything hassle-free. Mark knows the area well and shared some great local tips. The location was just as advertised. You couldn’t ask for a better Airbnb experience than what Mark provides. I highly recommend staying at one of his listings.

I had an amazing three-week experience at this place. The owner, Kevin, was incredibly attentive and offered great support whenever I needed it. Plus, the location couldn't be better!
