The property is quite a distance from the convention center as indicated on the map (over a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive). The room was small, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower was out of order, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the location and the state of the facilities, the price seems excessive. I was relieved to receive a full refund in accordance with Airbnb policies, but paying over $300 feels unjustified for what was offered. I hope the owner considers adjusting the pricing and enhancing the amenities for future guests.

Nevertheless, everything was as advertised, and we didn't encounter any major problems. I'd definitely consider booking again.

It was a bit chilly, so we made good use of the hot tub, which was quite nice! The guest studios by the pool offer privacy, although they are somewhat compact. The property does have some age, so anticipate some signs of wear. We encountered issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer was more like a fridge, causing our ice to melt. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the ground floor of the main house, so I wouldn't recommend it for those with mobility challenges. Moreover, the main house lacks a bath or shower on the first level. However, given the affordable price for the area, it's a solid choice for groups sharing the cost.
The apartment was fantastic! It was cozy and situated in a prime location. The complex features a lovely pool and a well-equipped gym. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries. I would definitely book this place again.
