Mark was an incredible host. He was very quick to respond to any questions, attentive to our needs, and genuinely friendly. I look forward to staying here again.

Kevin was incredibly attentive and helpful with all of our inquiries. It’s quite a challenge to cater to the needs of 16 guests, but he handled it with ease! His communication skills were top-notch, which is crucial when booking an Airbnb. The property matched the description perfectly. The only issue we encountered was with the oven, which Kevin promptly checked out when we brought it to his attention, confirming it was non-functional. Fortunately, the stovetop was fine, and we weren't planning to do much cooking since we were there for a wedding. We truly valued our exchanges with Kevin and appreciated the thoughtful surprises he provided. A massive THANK YOU to him! We will certainly look to book more places under his management in the future.

Our work trip turned into a delightful getaway thanks to this wonderful rental! The spaciousness of the place was a huge plus, and we all appreciated how spotless and cozy the beds were. The two cottage rooms at the back offered the ideal setup for privacy and individual bathrooms, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool area was a lovely addition, nestled among the trees, though we did find ourselves using the provided nets to keep it clear. We couldn't resist taking a refreshing swim when the sun was shining. The calming sound of the waterfall at night was a lovely touch! The neighborhood is peaceful and gave us a sense of security; we even enjoyed evening strolls to the nearby Publix. Plus, being just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place meant we had an abundance of dining and entertainment options right at our fingertips. Kevin, our host, was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would absolutely love to return here in the future if it's available!
