Kevin truly deserves a five-star rating for his exceptional hospitality. However, the rental did have a few issues that were beyond his control. There was a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, but Kevin was quick to arrange for repairs. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a more thorough cleaning, and the towels provided were not up to par. It would be great if the owner could consider replacing them.
