Entire rental unit. Charming 3-Bedroom 2-Bath House with Pool, Outdoor Grill, Screened Patio, Near Medical Centers, 10 Minutes to Downtown, 15 Minutes to Shoreline

We had a fantastic weekend getaway in this spacious rental. It was perfect for our group. While there were a few minor issues, like the hot tub needing a good clean and some cracks in the main floor, everything else was as advertised. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning.

The host was incredibly attentive to all our inquiries and requirements. Managing the wants and needs of 16 guests is no small feat, but they handled it with ease! Their communication skills were top-notch, which made a significant difference during our stay. The property matched the description perfectly, although the oven was out of order. The host came by promptly to check it and confirmed it wasn't functional, but the stovetop was fine for our simple cooking needs while we were in town for a wedding. We truly valued our interactions and appreciated the thoughtful surprises the host provided. A big thank you! We'll surely consider properties managed by them in the future.

Unfortunately, I couldn't make it and had to cancel my reservation due to an unexpected emergency. The host was very understanding and promptly issued a full refund, which I greatly appreciated.

We arrived on our flight around 1:00 PM and were excited for our vacation. We understood check-in was at 4:00 PM, but when we arrived, the host informed us that it would take longer than expected as the cleaning crew was still working. After waiting until nearly 5:50 PM without any updates, we inquired again and were told to hold on. Finally, we were allowed into the property around 7:45 PM. Once inside, we discovered there had been a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and construction workers were busy tiling the floor until about 9:30 PM. To make matters worse, they had left a toilet, sink, and plunger in the kitchen throughout our stay. There was no apology offered for the inconvenience, and when I requested a partial refund for the late check-in and ongoing issues, I was told the host would need to consult with the owner but I never received any follow-up. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't choose to rent from them again.
