The location was fantastic, right in the heart of things, but the building itself is showing its age. I appreciated Kevin's prompt responses and clear communication throughout our stay. However, the carpets could really use a thorough cleaning, and some pieces of furniture had seen better days, with peeling leather. Overall, I enjoyed my time here—it's a cozy space in a prime location, just a few improvements would make it perfect.

We spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and truly enjoyed our stay. The location is simply unbeatable. As first-time visitors to West Palm, we couldn't be happier with our choice of area. Most attractions were just a quick 5-minute drive away, and we often found ourselves walking to nearby spots. The neighborhood is peaceful and felt very secure, with everything in close proximity. This beautiful home, over a century old, features an amazing pool and a spacious cabana area in the backyard. The two 'casitas' were a fantastic bonus for our large group. Kevin was incredibly responsive and dedicated to ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. A few updates like a new washer/dryer and improved pillows would enhance the experience, but overall, this place is ideal for large gatherings and provides the best base for exploring West Palm.

I had to make an unexpected trip to West Palm for work and was grateful to find this place for a month-long stay. Kevin was incredibly helpful and made sure to reach out as soon as I touched down at the airport. The building is quite expansive, but with Kevin's guided tour, I quickly found my way around. The condo itself is perfect for one or two guests, well-maintained, and very tidy. Everything functioned as expected.

We had an amazing last-minute getaway at this lovely apartment! The convenience of having parking was a huge plus, and our host was incredibly helpful. Everything we needed was just a short stroll away—like Starbucks, shops, and venues with live music. While some furnishings, like the couch, showed a bit of wear, the stunning views from the window and sliding door completely made up for it. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay! The apartment was cozy and the location couldn't be better. The complex features a lovely pool and a well-equipped gym. Mark, the host, was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely return. The only thing I noticed was that the decor was slightly different from the photos, but it didn’t detract from my experience at all.
