Communication was a breeze, and the host was fantastic.
We arrived in town and our flight touched down around 1:00 PM. We were looking forward to grabbing some lunch before checking in at 4:00 PM. However, when we reached out at 4:00, we were informed that it would take a bit longer since the cleaning crew was still working. After several inquiries, including one at 5:49 PM and another at 7:02 PM, we finally gained access at around 7:45 PM. Upon entering, we discovered that there had been a plumbing issue downstairs, and workers were busy tiling the bathroom floor. Their noise kept us from fully relaxing, and we found items like a used toilet and a plunger left in the kitchen during our entire stay. It was frustrating that there was no apology or effort to rectify the situation. I inquired about a possible refund for the delay and inconvenience, but the host promised to get back to me after consulting the owners, and I never received a follow-up. Overall, our experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider staying here again.
The host was incredibly accommodating and skillfully resolved any minor problems that arose. I would certainly suggest staying here.

What an incredible last-minute find! This apartment was just what we needed for our short stay. The parking was a huge plus, and the host was extremely accommodating. We were just a couple of minutes from Starbucks and had easy access to great shopping and local music venues. While the couch showed some wear, the stunning views from the window made it all worthwhile. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Unfortunately, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working. We waited until 5:49 pm to check in, but received no updates. Finally, around 7:02 pm, when we inquired again, we were told they would provide information shortly. We didn’t get access until approximately 7:45 pm. Upon entering, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and there were workers tiling the floor. They were actively cutting tiles until about 9:30 pm, which was quite disruptive. Additionally, they left a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, in the kitchen throughout our stay. There was no apology from the host or an attempt to address the situation. I reached out about receiving a partial refund due to the late check-in and the issues we encountered, but was told they would need to consult with the owners and I never received a follow-up. This experience was quite frustrating, and I would not consider renting from this property again.

We had an incredible last-minute getaway at this lovely apartment. The convenience of having parking available was a huge plus, and the host was extremely accommodating. Everything you could ask for is just a short stroll away, including a coffee shop and various shops and entertainment. While the couch showed some wear, the fantastic view from the sliding glass door and window made us forget all about it. Highly recommend this place!

Communication was a breeze, and the property manager was exceptional.
I booked a last-minute work trip to West Palm and needed a place to stay for about a month. The host was incredibly helpful and stayed in touch from the moment I landed. The building is quite large, but the host provided a tour, which made settling in easy. The condo is perfect for one or two guests, everything was functional, and it was spotless throughout my stay.
