We arrived after our flight landed around 1 PM, hoping to grab some lunch and check in at 4 PM as planned. However, when we arrived back at 4 PM, we were told that the cleaning staff was still working and it would be a bit longer. After a few hours of waiting, we followed up at 5:49 PM, but received no updates. By 7:02 PM, we inquired again and were assured we’d be informed soon. Finally, we were able to enter around 7:45 PM only to discover repair work happening in the downstairs bathroom due to a leak. The workers were still cutting tiles until around 9:30 PM, and they had left a used toilet, sink, and plunger in the kitchen during our stay. Unfortunately, there was no apology or effort made to rectify the situation. I asked about a possible refund for the late check-in and unresolved issues, but I was told he would consult the owners, and I've yet to hear back. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the experience and don’t think I would book here again.

This place was perfect for our guys' weekend getaway! While we noticed a few minor things (the hot tub could use a good clean and the main floor has some cracked tiles), it overall matched the description well and didn’t cause any real problems. We would definitely consider rebooking in the future.

We arrived at the property after our flight touched down around 1:00 PM, excited to settle in for our stay. We learned that check-in was set for 4:00 PM, but when that time rolled around, we were informed that housekeeping was still busy. After waiting until 5:49 PM without any updates, we inquired again, only to be told we'd be updated soon. It wasn't until 7:02 PM that we were told they were still waiting for the cleaning to finish, and finally got access to the rental around 7:45 PM. To our surprise, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom, with workers laying tile until about 9:30 PM. To make matters worse, they left a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, in the kitchen throughout our stay. There was no attempt to apologize or to address our concerns. I requested a partial refund due to the delayed check-in and the disruptive issues, but was told they needed to consult the owners and never heard back. Overall, this experience was frustrating and I wouldn't recommend staying here.
