We had a wonderful time at the host's property. It was ideal for our large gathering, conveniently located, and offered ample room for everyone.

We had a fantastic stay here for our work trip! The property offered ample space, and the beds were both cozy and spotless. The two extra cottage rooms at the back were a brilliant addition, allowing everyone to have their own bathrooms. We appreciated the pool area, which was surrounded by lovely trees. We did need to use the nets provided to keep it clean, but we enjoyed swimming whenever the weather permitted. The gentle sound of the waterfall added a serene atmosphere in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure. We even strolled to the nearby Publix in the evenings. The location is ideal, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where there are tons of bars, eateries, and the beach. The host was always prompt and accommodating whenever we had questions or needed assistance. We would happily return in the future if it's available.

The host was exceptional, always available and quick to address any questions or concerns I had. They've been wonderful in assisting numerous guests during DWD, ensuring everyone finds suitable last-minute accommodations tailored to their needs. The studio itself is beautifully designed and equipped with everything necessary for a wonderful stay. Access to the swimming pool was an added bonus, perfect for relaxing my legs after long hours on my feet. I definitely plan on returning!

We had a fantastic stay with a group of 11 for a bachelorette party. The house was spotlessly clean and looked just like the photos. It was a quick Uber ride to all the nightlife and dining options we were interested in! The host was incredibly responsive and offered great assistance throughout our stay. An ideal choice for a fun getaway!

The host was wonderful and the apartment exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully styled, spotless, and free of any mess. My mother found it incredibly comfortable and enjoyed her stay immensely.
