The location of the property turned out to be quite a distance from the convention center, taking us over 30 minutes on foot, although a short 5-minute drive. The room was a bit cramped with just a double bed, a small sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were not functioning, and there were no kitchen amenities provided. Given the quality and location, the price felt excessive. Thankfully, the Airbnb policy allowed for a full refund, but paying over $300 for such accommodations seems unreasonable. I hope they consider adjusting their rates and enhancing the amenities in the future.

Kevin came to our rescue late at night, around 10 PM, when we found ourselves in a tight spot with our previous Airbnb. The place we had booked wasn't prepared for our arrival, and we were really stressed. Thankfully, Kevin's apartment was ready for us at the last minute, and everything turned out perfectly.

We had a fantastic time celebrating my sister's bachelorette weekend at this property! It was spacious enough for our group of 13, with more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable. The separate guest houses allowed us to spread out while still enjoying each other's company. The outdoor space was breathtaking and provided us with plenty of opportunities for memorable pictures. The location was also ideal, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! Our host was super responsive and provided excellent assistance during our stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone planning a group getaway!
