Completely Renovated and Exceptionally Roomy Apartment

I had a wonderful experience with Kevin as my host. He is incredibly attentive and quick to address any questions or concerns. His support for guests seeking last-minute accommodations during DWD has been remarkable, always ready to tailor to individual needs. The studio itself is beautifully designed and equipped with everything required for a comfortable stay. Access to the swimming pool was a fantastic bonus, which helped ease my tired legs after long hours of standing. I definitely plan to return!

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends since the bed can easily be arranged as two twins or one king. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore everything WPB has to offer. The kitchen is nicely updated with modern appliances like a stove, fridge, and sleek countertops. The bathroom has been beautifully renovated and includes thoughtful features like adjustable lighting. Both the bedroom and living area have ceiling fans along with efficient air conditioning to keep things comfortable. The closet is neatly organized with plenty of space for your belongings. Plus, there's shared access to a washer and dryer and convenient off-street parking; the main house is also available if you need extra room. Kevin, the host, was very responsive and took care of a couple of small issues in a friendly manner. Overall, this property met all our needs, and I would definitely consider renting from Kevin again.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Kevin! He was incredibly quick to respond to our inquiries, which made our stay for 16 guests so much easier. Good communication is crucial when you're renting an Airbnb, and he certainly nailed it. The house was just as described in the listing, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the oven was out of order, but Kevin came by promptly to assess the situation. Thankfully, the stovetop was functional, and since we were in town for a wedding, we didn't need to prepare any elaborate meals. We were also really touched by some thoughtful surprises Kevin provided us. Huge thanks to him for everything! We'll definitely consider renting from him again in the future.
