Entire rental unit. City Place Apartment for Rent with Two Bedrooms

This apartment was fantastic and the location couldn't be better!

Our travel plans brought us in at around 1:00 pm, hoping to enjoy some lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, when the time came, we were informed that our room wasn't ready yet because the cleaning crew was still working. After numerous inquiries, we finally got access around 7:45 pm. When we entered, we discovered that there had been a plumbing issue in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling. They were cutting tiles until nearly 9:30 pm, and the state of the kitchen was quite off-putting, with a used toilet and sink left there during our stay. We never received an apology, nor did anyone attempt to rectify the situation. I requested a partial refund for the inconvenience, but was told they needed to consult with the owners, and I never got a follow-up. This experience left much to be desired, and I would think twice before booking again.

The host was incredibly attentive and made sure all my questions were answered promptly. Their support for guests looking for last-minute accommodations was truly commendable, accommodating various needs with ease. The studio itself is beautifully done and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Having access to the swimming pool was a fantastic bonus, providing much-needed relief after long days. I definitely plan to return!

Our work trip brought us to this fantastic property, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The multiple rooms provided ample space, and the beds were both cozy and spotless. The additional cottage rooms at the back were ideal for privacy since everyone had their own bathroom. We particularly enjoyed the pool area, surrounded by trees, although we did utilize the nets provided for maintenance. It was lovely to take a swim in the warm weather, and the sound of the waterfall added a tranquil ambiance in the evenings. The neighborhood was calm and felt very secure; we even took some nice strolls to the nearby Publix. The location is superb, being just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where there’s a great selection of bars, restaurants, and easy access to the beach. The host was incredibly quick to respond to any questions or needs we had during our stay. We would love to return here in the future if the opportunity arises.
