Unfortunately, I couldn't make it due to an unexpected emergency, but the host was incredibly understanding and promptly issued a refund. I appreciate the kindness during a stressful time.

We had a fantastic time at the host's property. It was ideal for our large group, conveniently located, and offered ample space for everyone to relax.

Communication was a breeze and the host was fantastic.

We arrived at the property after our flight, which landed around 1:00 pm, hoping to enjoy a quick lunch and check-in by 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that cleaning was still underway and it would take longer. We waited until almost 5:50 pm for any sort of update but received no communication. After several inquiries, we finally gained access around 7:45 pm, only to discover that there was an ongoing leak in the downstairs bathroom. Workers continued to tile the floor and cut tiles until about 9:30 pm, which was quite disruptive. To add to our frustration, they had left a toilet and sink, along with a plunger, in the kitchen during our stay. We never received an apology or any attempt to rectify the situation. I inquired about a partial refund for our late check-in and the ongoing issues, but was told the owner would need to be consulted, and I never received a follow-up. Overall, a very disappointing experience that would deter me from renting here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is fantastic, nestled in a secure neighborhood which felt very welcoming. The space was perfect for our family gathering. Although the pool was a bit chilly as the heater was out of order, we made good use of the hot tub, which was warm and relaxing. The guest suites by the pool, while compact, offered a nice touch of privacy when needed. Keep in mind, the home has some age to it, so you'll notice some wear and tear. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren't functioning properly; the freezer was barely colder than the fridge, and we ended up with melted ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the ground floor, making it less suitable for anyone with mobility challenges. Additionally, the main part of the house lacks a bath or shower. Overall, it was a reasonable price for the area, especially when shared among several families.
