This Airbnb was simply outstanding! We spent a month here and relished every moment. The location couldn't be better—under 10 minutes from the airport without any disturbance, just a quick 2-minute walk to a variety of shops and eateries, and only a 10-minute drive to the beach. It’s also a pleasant 15-minute stroll to Clemantis, which boasts fantastic dining options and a wonderful farmers market every Saturday. You really don’t need a car to enjoy the area. Kevin is a fantastic host and made our stay so effortless. Whenever we encountered an issue, he arranged for someone to come and address it swiftly, resolving our concerns right away. The Airbnb itself was cozy, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The other residents were friendly, and we loved spending time by the pool. When we accidentally got our checkout dates mixed up, Kevin was incredibly accommodating and made the process seamless. With multiple listings, he proves to be very reliable and trustworthy. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and Kevin's other properties to anyone looking for a great stay!

The location of the property is fantastic, but the building shows its age. I had a great experience communicating with Kevin, who was very responsive. The carpets could definitely use a good steam clean and I noticed some furniture was in need of repair, with peeling leather. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and found it comfortable and ideally located, albeit with a few imperfections.

I had to make a last-minute business trip to West Palm and was looking for a comfortable place to stay for a month. Mark was incredibly welcoming and made sure to check in with me as soon as I landed. Although the building is sizable, Mark took the time to give me a thorough tour, and I quickly settled in. The condo was perfect for my needs—plenty of room for one or two guests, everything was in great working order, and it was spotless throughout my stay.
The location was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and about 5 minutes by car. The room was a bit cramped with just a double bed, a small sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower was out of order and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Considering the price, which was over $300, I expected more in terms of location and facilities. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund due to Airbnb's policy, but I hope they can offer more reasonable rates and better amenities in the future.
