This spacious place was perfect for our weekend getaway. While there were a few minor concerns (the hot tub could use a thorough cleaning, and the main floor has some cracked tiles that could use attention), overall it matched the description well and didn’t present any major issues. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Kevin was fantastic - incredibly accommodating and friendly. I can't express how wonderful he was to deal with during our stay. The accommodation was very cozy, perfect for a small group, featuring two private en suite bedrooms and a spacious living room. It provided a peaceful environment, making it easy to unwind and get a good night's sleep.

What a fantastic last-minute getaway! This apartment was absolutely ideal for our quick trip. The convenience of having parking and such a welcoming host made our stay even better. Everything we wanted was just a short stroll away—only 2 minutes to Starbucks and plenty of shopping and live music options. While some aspects, like the couch, showed a bit of wear, the beautiful view from the window and the sliding glass door made it all worth it!

Kevin was incredibly attentive to all our inquiries and made our stay enjoyable despite the challenge of accommodating a large group of 16. His clear communication made a significant difference, which is essential for a successful Airbnb experience. The home matched the listing perfectly. The only hiccup we faced was with the oven, which Kevin promptly assessed and confirmed was not functional. Thankfully, we were only preparing light meals since we were in town for a wedding. We truly valued our interactions with Kevin and appreciated the thoughtful additions he included, which were a nice surprise - a huge shoutout to Kevin! We’ll definitely seek out other properties he manages in the future.
