We had an excellent stay here for our work trip. The spacious layout provided ample room, and the beds were both cozy and spotless. The two cottage rooms at the back were just what we needed for added privacy, each equipped with its own bathroom. The pool area was a delightful bonus, surrounded by lush greenery—though we did use the nets provided to keep it clean, we still enjoyed refreshing swims when the weather allowed. The sound of the waterfall was soothing in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a sense of security; we even enjoyed a stroll to the nearby Publix. This property is conveniently located near Clematis Street and City Place, which have a variety of restaurants and bars, plus it’s close to the beach. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We will definitely consider this place again for our next visit.

The location of this rental was quite a distance from the convention center, requiring over a 30-minute walk or a quick 5-minute drive. The room was fairly small, featuring just a double bed, a couch, and a little table. Unfortunately, the shower was out of order, and there weren't any kitchen facilities available. I found the price to be excessive considering the amenities and the location. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund through the Airbnb policy, but the cost of over $300 seemed quite steep for what was offered. I hope the pricing becomes more reasonable and that additional facilities are included in the future.
Had a wonderful time at the host's property. It was ideal for our large group, conveniently located, and offered more than enough room for everyone to enjoy.
This Airbnb has a fantastic location with a generously sized apartment. There are minor areas that could use some updates, but we were overall pleased with our extended visit. The convenience of the location is great, along with a good parking space, a gym, and a large pool where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets each evening.
The location was fantastic, offering easy access to local attractions. The building itself is a bit dated, though. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I did notice the carpets could use some cleaning, and a few pieces of furniture seemed worn down and in need of replacement. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, and while there are some improvements that could be made, it was a comfortable stay in a great area.

We had an amazing time at this house for our bachelorette getaway with a group of 12. The place was spotless and looked just like the photos. It was just a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to check out! The host was incredibly responsive and provided us with all the information we needed. This was truly the ideal spot for our celebration!
