This cozy guesthouse is a fantastic option in the sometimes pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or a couple of friends who don’t mind sharing as the bed can be arranged either as twins or a king. The property is ideally located with plenty of attractions nearby. The kitchen has been nicely updated and includes a stovetop, fridge, and modern countertops. The bathroom refresh is also impressive, featuring thoughtful details like a dimmer switch. I appreciated the ceiling fans in both the living area and bedroom, which complemented the efficient air conditioning nicely. The closet is well-designed with ample storage options, and having access to a shared washer and dryer, along with off-street parking, was a bonus (especially since more space is available in the main house). The host was incredibly responsive and handled a couple of small issues promptly and amicably. Overall, this place met all our needs, and I would definitely consider booking from this host again.
