The location couldn't be better—just under 10 minutes from the airport (with no noise to disturb you), a quick 2-minute stroll to a variety of shops and dining options, and only a 10-minute drive to the beach. It's also a short 15-minute walk to Clemantis, where you can find fantastic restaurants and an incredible farmers market every Saturday. You really don't need a car to explore the area. The host was fantastic and made everything incredibly straightforward. Whenever we had a request or an issue, they promptly sent someone to assist, and the matter was resolved without delay. The space was cozy, roomy, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The other residents in the building were friendly, and the pool area was a wonderful spot to relax. We unintentionally mixed up our checkout date, but the host was so accommodating and made the process hassle-free. With several listings under their management, it's clear that they are trustworthy and responsible. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and their other properties to anyone looking for a great stay.

We really enjoyed the pool area, although the heater seemed to be out of order—despite being chilly, we made good use of the hot tub instead! The guest studios by the pool offered a cozy retreat for those needing some alone time. Just a heads up, the property does show its age, so expect some signs of wear. We did face an issue with the refrigerator and freezer, as the freezer didn't keep things frozen, which was a bit inconvenient for our food prep. Also, the stairs can be a little tricky, and since there's only one bedroom on the main level, it might not be the best choice if you have anyone with mobility challenges. Additionally, there's no bathing facilities in the main floor bedroom. Overall, for the price and if you're sharing with other families, it was a solid deal in this area.
