This Airbnb is simply outstanding! We spent an entire month here and loved every single moment. The location couldn’t be better — just under 10 minutes from the airport (and surprisingly quiet), only a short 2-minute stroll to a variety of shops and eateries, and a quick 10-minute drive to the beach. Plus, it's a mere 15-minute walk to Clematis Street, where you'll find fantastic dining options and the best farmers market on Saturdays. You really don’t need a car to explore the local area. Kevin, our host, was phenomenal and made the process so seamless. Whenever we had a maintenance request, he promptly arranged for someone to come by and resolve it immediately. The Airbnb itself was spacious, cozy, and equipped with everything we required. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool area was a perfect spot to relax. When we accidentally got our checkout date wrong, Kevin went above and beyond to accommodate us. He has several properties and genuinely exudes trustworthiness and reliability. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and all of Kevin's other listings.

The location of the rental was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and just 5 minutes by car. The room itself was small with only a double bed, a sofa, and a mini-table. Additionally, the shower was not functioning properly and there were no kitchen amenities available. Considering the facilities and location, the price felt excessively high. I was fortunate to receive a full refund as per Airbnb's policy, but paying over $300 seemed unreasonable for what was offered. I hope in the future they can provide a more competitive price along with better amenities.

Unfortunately, the shower facilities were out of order, and there was no kitchen equipment available. Considering the location and the amenities, I found the pricing to be unreasonable. Thankfully, I got a full refund according to Airbnb's policy, but I felt that the price of over $300 was excessive for what the space offered. I hope the owners consider adjusting the price and improving the facilities in the future.
