I would absolutely give the host five stars for their attentiveness and service. However, there were a few issues with the unit that need addressing. A faucet in one of the bathrooms was broken, but the host promptly arranged for it to be repaired. Additionally, the cleanliness of one of the tubs could be improved, and the towels provided weren't of the best quality. It would be great if the owner could invest in some new ones.
We had a fantastic stay here while on a business trip. The accommodations were spacious, and the beds provided a comfortable and clean environment for resting after long days. The two cottage rooms at the back were ideal for giving everyone their own space and private bathrooms. The pool area was a lovely addition, surrounded by trees, and though we had to use the nets to keep it clear, we definitely enjoyed swimming during the warm days. The soothing sounds of the waterfall at night were a nice touch as well. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a sense of security during our stay. We even strolled to the nearby Publix in the evenings. The location is perfect, just a short distance from Clematis Street and City Place, where there are numerous bars, restaurants, and easy access to the beach. The host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond whenever we had inquiries. We would be thrilled to return if the opportunity arises.

The host was wonderful and the apartment was spotlessly clean. It had a beautiful design and felt very spacious and organized. My mother really enjoyed her stay here and found everything to be perfect.

They went above and beyond in assisting several guests looking for last-minute lodging during DWD, showing great flexibility. The studio itself was beautifully designed and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing after long hours on my feet. I definitely plan on returning!
