What a fantastic last-minute getaway! This apartment is simply ideal with convenient parking and a wonderful host who made our stay delightful. You're only a short 2-minute stroll away from Starbucks, various shops, and live music venues. While some aspects of the apartment, like the couch, may show some wear, the beautiful views from the window and sliding door completely overshadow these small imperfections.

Kevin truly stands out as a host, always quick to address any queries and genuinely caring about your experience. He went above and beyond to assist many guests, including helping those in need of last-minute accommodations during DWD by tailoring options to fit everyone’s needs. The studio itself is well-furnished with all the essentials to ensure a comfortable stay. Plus, the swimming pool was fantastic for soothing my tired legs after long hours of standing. I’m definitely planning to return!

This property was fantastic! The location was ideal, and the apartment felt very cozy. The complex features a lovely pool and a well-equipped gym, which I enjoyed during my stay. Kevin was an excellent host, always quick to respond to any questions I had. I'd definitely consider booking here again. Just a small note - the apartment looked a bit different from the photos, but it didn't affect my overall experience.

When our original booking fell through unexpectedly, we were fortunate to find Kevin's place. He responded almost immediately and facilitated our booking in under a day, which was a lifesaver for us. Upon arrival, he greeted us at the property, gave us a thorough tour, and assured us that we could ask him for anything we needed. His recommendations for local beaches, dining spots, and activities were spot on. Overall, a fantastic experience.

This Airbnb is in a fantastic location with a generously sized apartment. There are a few minor tweaks that could enhance the experience, but we were overall very pleased with our extended stay. The convenience of having a parking spot and access to a gym and a large swimming pool made our time here even better, especially the breathtaking sunsets we enjoyed every evening.
