I had a wonderful experience staying here! Mark was an exceptional host, always available and eager to assist with any questions I had. He was incredibly accommodating, especially for others in town for DWD who needed last-minute arrangements. The studio itself was beautifully designed and equipped with everything I required for a comfortable stay. Plus, having access to the swimming pool was a fantastic bonus, helping me unwind after long hours on my feet. I definitely plan to return!

This Airbnb was just fantastic! We spent an entire month here and loved every single second. The location couldn't be more ideal—only a short 10-minute drive from the airport, completely noise-free, and just a 2-minute stroll from plenty of shops and eateries. The beach is a quick 10-minute car ride away, and if you enjoy walking, Clematis is only 15 minutes on foot, boasting amazing restaurants and a vibrant farmers market every Saturday. You really don't need a car to explore the area. Kevin was an incredible host, making our stay seamless. Whenever we had a minor issue, he responded immediately and resolved it without any hassle. The space itself was comfortable, airy, and had all the amenities we required. We met some really friendly neighbors, and the pool was a lovely spot to relax. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, Kevin was so accommodating and made sure to ease the process for us. His other listings also come highly recommended. This is a perfect place for a stay, and you can count on Kevin to take good care of you.

We had a wonderful time at this property! It was perfect for our family gathering, providing ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy. I highly suggest confirming that the pool is clean prior to your stay, as we encountered some issues with it being cloudy which unfortunately meant we couldn't have our planned barbecue by the pool. However, the host, Kevin, quickly addressed our concerns, and his attentiveness made a significant difference. Overall, a fantastic experience!

We had a wonderful time at Kevin's property. It was ideal for our large group, situated in a prime area, and offered all the room we needed.
This guesthouse is a fantastic value in the often pricey short-term rental scene of West Palm Beach. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends, as the bed can be configured either as twins or a king. The location is very convenient, making it easy to explore the best of WPB. The modern kitchen is a highlight, featuring a stove, fridge, and stylish sink and countertops. The bathroom has been beautifully updated, with thoughtful amenities like a dimmer switch for the lighting. Both the bedroom and living area are equipped with ceiling fans to complement the excellent air conditioning. The closet is well designed with plenty of racks and hanging space for your belongings. Shared access to a washer and dryer is available along with off-street parking, which is great for a hassle-free stay. Kevin, our host, was prompt in his responses and handled a couple of minor issues gracefully. Overall, the property met all our expectations, and we would happily book with Kevin again.
