The location couldn't be better—just under 10 minutes from the airport without any noise, and a short 2-minute stroll to numerous shops and eateries. We were also only a 10-minute drive from the beach, which was a huge plus. A brief 15-minute walk took us to Clemantis, where we found delightful dining options and a fantastic farmers market every Saturday. We truly didn't need a car to enjoy the area. The host was incredibly accommodating and made our experience seamless. Whenever we had a maintenance issue, they were quick to send someone over, ensuring everything was resolved promptly. The place itself was spacious, cozy, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The neighbors were friendly, and we loved spending time by the pool. When we accidentally confused our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to sort things out for us. With multiple listings, they proved to be trustworthy and dependable. We wholeheartedly recommend this property and the host’s other offerings to anyone looking for a wonderful stay!
We had a fantastic weekend getaway with a group of friends at this spacious rental. While we did encounter a few minor issues, such as the hot tub needing a thorough cleaning and some flooring repairs on the main level, overall, the place matched the description perfectly and there were no significant problems. I'm definitely considering booking this spot again in the future.
I would give the host a perfect five-star rating without hesitation. However, there were a few issues with the unit that need attention. One of the faucets in the bathroom was broken, but the host quickly arranged for it to be repaired. Also, I noticed that one of the tubs could use a more thorough cleaning, and the towels provided weren't the best quality. It might be a good idea for the owner to consider replacing them.

We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 pm, hoping to check in right away and enjoy a nice lunch. However, when 4:00 pm came, we were informed that the cleaning staff were still working. After waiting until 5:49 pm without any updates, we reached out for a status check. At 7:02 pm, we still had no response. Eventually, we were allowed in around 7:45 pm only to discover that there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom. Workers were present tiling the floor and continued to make noise until about 9:30 pm. To make matters worse, they left a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, sitting in the kitchen throughout our stay. We didn’t receive any apology or offer to rectify the situation. I inquired about a potential refund for the late check-in and the issues we faced, but was told the owner would need to approve it, and I never heard back. This was quite disheartening, and I would not recommend renting from this place again.
This property was fantastic! Very cozy and ideally situated. The community features a lovely pool and gym that we enjoyed. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to our questions. I would definitely consider staying here again. One small note is that the interior was a bit different from what the photos showed, but it wasn’t a big deal at all.
