Had an excellent experience at Kevin's property. It was ideal for our large gathering, conveniently located, and offered ample room for everyone to enjoy.

Michael was an exceptional host. He was quick to reply, very considerate, and made us feel welcome. I would definitely book this place again.

I planned a spontaneous month-long business trip to West Palm and this place was perfect. The host, Kevin, was incredibly helpful and made sure to reach out as soon as I landed. Although the building is quite large, Kevin provided a thorough tour to help me settle in quickly. The condo itself is roomy enough for one or two guests, super clean, and everything was in working order. Highly recommend it for anyone needing a comfortable stay!

After our original booking fell through unexpectedly, we were lucky to find this place. Kevin was incredibly helpful and made the rebooking process seamless within a day. He greeted us at the property, provided a thorough walkthrough, and reassured us that we could contact him for any assistance. His recommendations for local beaches, dining spots, and fun activities were spot on. Overall, a fantastic stay!

We absolutely loved the location of this rental; the neighborhood felt very safe and welcoming. It was perfect for our multi-family getaway. The pool was enjoyable, although it was quite chilly since the heater seemed to be out of order. Thankfully, we took advantage of the hot tub, which was a highlight! The guest studios by the pool offered some privacy, though they are on the smaller side. Keep in mind this is an older property, so there are some signs of wear. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer didn’t function properly—the freezer barely got cold enough, leaving us without ice. The stairs were a bit tricky, and I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone who has trouble with mobility, especially since the main bedroom is the only one on the ground floor and there's no bath or shower down there. Overall, it’s a good deal for the area if you’re sharing costs among several families.
