What a fantastic last-minute getaway! This apartment was just what we needed, complete with parking and a really accommodating host. It's conveniently located within a short stroll to all the essentials—just 2 minutes to grab a coffee at Starbucks, enjoy some shopping, or catch live music. While some furniture, like the couch, showed signs of wear, the breathtaking views from the window and sliding door made us forget any minor imperfections.

I would give the host a full five stars for their exceptional service. There were a few issues with the unit that weren't the host's fault, like a broken faucet in the bathroom which the host promptly arranged to have fixed. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have benefitted from a deeper cleaning, and the towels provided were a bit worn out. It would be great if the owner could look into upgrading those.

This vacation rental is simply outstanding! We spent a month here and relished every moment. The location couldn't be better—it's just a short 10-minute ride from the airport without any disturbances, only a 2-minute stroll to numerous shops and eateries, and a quick 10-minute drive to the beach. Plus, it's only a 15-minute walk to Clemantis, where we discovered amazing restaurants and a fantastic farmers market every Saturday. A car isn't necessary to enjoy the local attractions. The property manager was fantastic, making our stay incredibly easy. Whenever we encountered any issues, they responded promptly and had things sorted out in no time. This rental is airy, comfortable, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The neighbors were friendly and the pool area provided a lovely space to unwind. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout day, the host went above and beyond to facilitate a smooth departure. With several listings, they are truly reliable and conscientious. We wholeheartedly recommend this property and the other listings from the host to all travelers.
We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 PM, expecting to enjoy lunch before our 4:00 PM check-in. However, at 4:00 PM, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working. After several inquiries, including a follow-up at 5:49 PM and another at 7:02 PM, we finally got access at approximately 7:45 PM. Unfortunately, we discovered that there had been a water leak in the downstairs bathroom, and construction workers were busy tiling the floor. The noise from tile cutting continued until about 9:30 PM, and there were leftover items like a used toilet and sink in the kitchen during our stay. There was a noticeable lack of communication and no attempt at compensation or an apology from the host. After requesting a partial refund for the late check-in and the ongoing issues, I was told to wait for a response from the owner, but I never received one. Overall, this experience left me quite disheartened, and I would not consider booking with them again.
The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, although the building is showing its age. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The carpets could really use a good cleaning, and some of the furniture is in need of repair, with peeling leather in a few spots. Overall, we had a pleasant stay; it's a cozy spot with a great location, just a few minor issues to address.
