Elegant Fully-Furnished Townhouse in West Palm Beach - Ideal for Working Professionals

We found this guesthouse to be a fantastic find in the often pricey West Palm Beach area. It's perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, or even two friends, as the bed can be arranged as twins or a king. The location couldn't be better, as it's conveniently close to many attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been beautifully renovated and is equipped with a stove, fridge, and modern sink and countertops. The bathroom updates are impressive, featuring thoughtful additions like a dimmer switch for the lights. There are ceiling fans available in both the bedroom and living room, along with a great air conditioning system to keep everything comfortable. The closet space is well-designed with ample storage options. Plus, having shared access to a washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, is a huge bonus. Kevin, the host, was very responsive and handled a couple of small issues efficiently. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider renting from Kevin again.

The location could not be better—just under 10 minutes to the airport without any of the noise, a quick 2-minute stroll to numerous shops and dining options, and a convenient 10-minute drive to the beach. Plus, it's only a 15-minute walk to Clematis, where we discovered fantastic restaurants and the best farmers market on Saturdays. You really don't need a vehicle to explore the area. Kevin is a fantastic host, making everything so straightforward. When we had a minor issue, he arranged for someone to come by right away, and the problem was resolved in no time. The Airbnb itself was cozy and spacious, equipped with all the amenities we needed. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool provided a lovely spot to relax. After we mistakenly jumbled our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. With multiple properties under his management, he is undeniably reliable and professional. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and all of Kevin's listings to anyone looking for a great stay.
