This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. There were a few minor things that stood out (the hot tub could use a good clean and the main floor has some cracked tiles), but overall it matched the description and we didn't encounter any significant problems. I had a wonderful experience staying at this rental! Mark is an exceptional host who is always available to help with any inquiries. He went above and beyond to assist guests looking for last-minute lodging during the DWD event, tailoring his support to meet individual requirements. The studio is beautifully designed and equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable stay. Additionally, having access to the swimming pool was a fantastic bonus for relaxing my legs after long days on my feet. I can’t wait to return!

The property was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and about 5 minutes by car. The room was also somewhat cramped, only featuring a double bed, a small sofa, and a mini table. Additionally, the shower was not working properly, and there were no kitchen amenities provided. Given the location and the facilities, the price felt excessive. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund in line with Airbnb's policies, but I believe that over $300 is too high for what this space offers. I hope they reconsider their pricing and upgrade the amenities in the future.

This property was the perfect gathering place for my family. I highly suggest booking here, just ensure that the pool is properly maintained before you get there. Unfortunately, we had to skip our planned barbecue day since the pool was not in great shape and needed some attention. The owners have taken care of this with their maintenance team. On a positive note, Kevin was a fantastic host and always quick to respond. Truly a great experience!

Our stay at this Airbnb was simply wonderful! We spent an entire month here and loved every single moment. The location couldn't be better—just a quick 10-minute drive from the airport (and surprisingly quiet), a mere 2-minute stroll to numerous shops and dining options, plus a beautiful beach only 10 minutes away by car. Additionally, it’s a short 15-minute walk to Clemantis, where you’ll find fantastic eateries and the best farmers market on Saturdays. There's no need for a car to explore the vibrant local area. Kevin is a phenomenal host who made our stay so enjoyable. Whenever we had a minor issue, he was quick to arrange for someone to fix it, ensuring everything was addressed right away. The Airbnb itself is lovely, spacious, and equipped with all the essentials. The neighbors in the building were incredibly friendly, and we had a great time relaxing by the pool. When we accidentally confused our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to assist us and made the entire process seamless. With several properties listed, he is a host you can trust completely. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and Kevin’s other rentals to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway.

Considering the price, which was over $300, I found it to be excessive for what was offered in terms of location and facilities. Luckily, I was able to get a full refund per Airbnb's policy. I hope the price is adjusted to be more reasonable and that additional amenities are provided in the future.
