The two separate guest houses provided the ideal balance of privacy and togetherness. The outdoor space was absolutely gorgeous, ideal for capturing some memorable photos. Plus, the location was fantastic—just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The owner was very attentive and answered all our questions promptly. I highly recommend this place for anyone planning a large gathering!

The location is fantastic, just a short stroll to all the local hotspots like Starbucks and shops, as well as some great live music venues. The host was incredibly accommodating and made our stay feel special. While some furnishings show a bit of wear, the stunning views from the windows truly make you forget about any minor imperfections. Highly recommend!
I would give the host a perfect five stars just for their service alone. However, there were a few issues with the unit itself that need addressing. One of the faucets in the bathroom was malfunctioning, but the host promptly arranged for it to be repaired. Additionally, the cleanliness of one of the tubs could've been better, and the towels provided weren't up to par. It would be beneficial for the owner to consider replacing them.
The location of this property is a bit far from the convention center as it requires a 30-minute walk or a quick 5-minute drive. The room was on the smaller side with just a double bed, a couch, and a small table, which made it feel a bit cramped. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly, and there were no kitchen amenities available. Given the price, it feels quite excessive for what is offered. Thankfully, due to Airbnb’s policy, I was able to receive a full refund, but I really think a more reasonable price point would be more appropriate for this space, especially if additional facilities could be provided.
