Our work stay was fantastic! The property offered ample room, and the beds were incredibly comfortable and spotless. The two cottage rooms at the back provided the perfect additional space and allowed everyone to enjoy their own bathrooms. The pool area was a lovely highlight; while we did need to use the nets to keep it clean due to the surrounding trees, we still enjoyed swimming when the weather allowed. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night was an added bonus. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt safe for evening strolls, and we even walked to the Publix nearby. The location is unbeatable, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, filled with numerous bars, restaurants, and the beach. Kevin, our host, was very attentive and quick to respond to our needs. We would love to return in the future if the opportunity arises.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! It was a last-minute booking that turned out to be a fantastic choice. The apartment comes with convenient parking and our host was incredibly accommodating. Everything you might need is just a short walk away — Starbucks is only a couple of minutes down the street, along with plenty of shopping and live music venues. While some furnishings, like the couch, show a bit of wear, the breathtaking view from the window more than makes up for it. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience during my sister's bachelorette getaway! This place was more than enough for our party of 13, offering ample bedrooms and bathrooms that suited everyone perfectly. The two separate guest houses allowed us to enjoy some privacy while still being together. The outdoor space was beautiful and created the perfect setting for memorable photos. Plus, the location was ideal, just a stone's throw away from downtown West Palm Beach! The host was very attentive and supportive throughout our visit. I highly recommend this property for large gatherings!

The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it ideal for our family getaway. The pool was enjoyable, though the heater was out of order during our stay. It was a bit chilly, but we made good use of the hot tub, which was a highlight! The guest studios by the pool offered a nice retreat for those needing some alone time, even though they were on the smaller side. Keep in mind this is an older property, so you might notice some signs of age and use. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer were not functioning properly, as the freezer only managed to keep things slightly cooler than the fridge, leading to melted ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there’s only one bedroom on the main floor, so it may not be suitable for anyone with mobility challenges. Additionally, there's no bathroom or shower on the main level. Overall, given the price for the area, it was reasonable, especially when shared among several families.
The entire experience was seamless thanks to Kevin. Despite our flight being delayed, he patiently waited for our arrival and took the time to give us a thorough tour of the house. We truly appreciate all your help!
