Kevin was incredibly attentive to our inquiries and requirements throughout our stay. Managing the preferences of 16 guests is no small feat, but he handled it with ease! His communication skills are top-notch, which is crucial for a smooth Airbnb experience. The house matched the description perfectly. The only issue we faced was with the oven, which Kevin promptly checked and confirmed was out of order; however, the stovetop was functional. We didn't need to prepare large meals since we were in town for a wedding, so it wasn't a big deal. We truly valued our interactions with Kevin, especially the thoughtful surprises he provided - a massive THANK YOU to him! We will definitely look for other properties he manages in the future.

The location is quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and around 5 minutes by car. The room itself was small, equipped only with one double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were out of order, and there was no kitchen setup available. Considering the price I paid, which was over $300, I feel it was excessively steep for what the space offered. I’m grateful for the full refund policy from Airbnb, as I believe the pricing doesn’t align with the accommodations. I hope they consider adjusting their rates and improving the facilities in the future.

We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 pm, hoping to grab some lunch before our 4:00 pm check-in. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that our room was not ready yet due to the cleaning staff still being present. After waiting until 5:49 pm for an update, we hadn't received any communication. We followed up again at 7:02 pm and were told someone would get back to us. Ultimately, we finally gained access to the property around 7:45 pm. To our dismay, we discovered there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were there laying tiles until around 9:30 pm. They left behind a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger in the kitchen, which was quite unappealing. Throughout this ordeal, there was no apology or effort made to remedy the situation. I inquired about a partial refund for the delay, but was told they'd have to consult the owners and I never heard back. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I wouldn't choose to rent from them again.
