Entire rental unit. 1 bedroom waterfront condo with 1 bathroom, centrally located in West Palm Beach. Just a mile from Clematis Street.

The host was incredibly accommodating, coming to our rescue at nearly 10 pm when our previous Airbnb had issues with cleanliness. We were so relieved to find a last-minute solution at their place. Everything went smoothly and we felt right at home!

Our experience at this property for my sister's bachelorette party was unforgettable! We were a party of 13, and the house had more than enough space with its ample bedrooms and bathrooms. The two guest houses were a fantastic touch, allowing us to enjoy our privacy while being close to each other. The outdoor space was beautiful and provided wonderful opportunities for photos. Additionally, the location was ideal, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The owner was very prompt and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for larger gatherings!

If I were to solely rate the host, they would definitely deserve a perfect score. Unfortunately, the unit had a few issues, such as a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, but the host was quick to arrange for repairs. One of the bathtubs could have used a better clean, and the towels weren't up to par. It would be great for the owner to consider replacing them.
