Great spot right in the heart of the city! The building is a bit dated, but Kevin was fantastic with his communication. The carpets could definitely use a deep clean, and a few pieces of furniture are showing their age with some peeling. Overall, I was happy with my stay—cozy and conveniently located, although there are some areas for improvement.

We spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The location couldn't be better! As first-time visitors to West Palm, we were delighted with our choice. Everything we wanted to see was within a short drive, and we even found some spots were a pleasant walk away. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure, which added to our comfort. This charming Airbnb is housed in a century-old home, and the pool area along with the cabana was a highlight of our stay. The two additional 'casitas' were a fantastic bonus, especially for our larger group. Kevin was incredibly attentive and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great experience. We did notice that the washer/dryer could use an upgrade, and some of the pillows weren't the best, but overall, this is a fantastic option for large groups looking to enjoy the prime location in West Palm.
