Serene Retreat Amidst Japanese-Inspired Gardens

Ethan was a fantastic host. He made our arrival seamless and was quick to respond to any inquiries we had. The apartment was spotless and tastefully decorated. He greeted us at check-in, making everything incredibly straightforward. Ethan has a wealth of knowledge about the local area. The location was just as described and ideal for our stay. He embodies the qualities of a great Airbnb host. I would strongly recommend booking one of his listings.

This Airbnb has an excellent location and a generously sized apartment. While there are a few minor upgrades needed, we were quite pleased with our extended stay. The place is conveniently situated, offers ample parking, and features a gym along with a large swimming pool where we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets each evening.

I cannot express how grateful we were for Kevin's quick responses to all our inquiries. Hosting 16 guests is no small feat, but he managed it effortlessly! His communication skills made our stay so much smoother. The property matched its description perfectly, although we did encounter a minor issue with the oven, which wasn't functional. Kevin arrived promptly to check and confirmed it was out of order. Thankfully, we could still use the stovetop, and since we were in town for a wedding, we didn't need to prepare elaborate meals. We really valued Kevin's helpfulness and the unexpected little touches he included during our stay. A huge shout-out to Kevin! We will certainly seek out his properties for our future trips.

The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it perfect for our family getaway. The pool was a bit chilly since the heater wasn't functioning, but we made the most of it by enjoying the hot tub, which was lovely! The guest studios by the pool provided a nice retreat for some privacy. Keep in mind that the house has some age to it, so there are signs of wear. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer were not operating well; the freezer didn't get cold enough, causing our ice to melt. The stairs were quite tricky, and with only one bedroom located downstairs in the main house, it may not be the best choice for those with mobility challenges. Also, there's no bath or shower in the downstairs section. Overall, it was a reasonable price for the area, especially when costs are shared among several families.
