This charming guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often overpriced West Palm Beach area. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even two friends since the bed can easily be arranged as two twins or a king. The central location makes it easy to explore various attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been beautifully renovated, featuring a stove, refrigerator, and a modern sink and countertop. The bathroom upgrades are also appreciated, especially the dimmer switch which adds a nice touch. Both the bedroom and living area are equipped with ceiling fans alongside the excellent air conditioning to keep the place comfortable. The closet is well designed with ample storage space. Having access to a shared washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, was a big plus; the main house is also available for rent if you're traveling with a larger group. The host was very responsive and handled a couple of minor issues quickly and amicably. Overall, this property met all our expectations, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Our stay here was fantastic for our work trip! The house had ample space with cozy, clean beds that made resting easy. The two cottage rooms at the back were ideal for giving everyone their own private bathrooms and extra room to relax. We enjoyed the pool area too, surrounded by trees; we appreciated the nets provided to keep it clean, but we still made the most of it and enjoyed a swim when the weather was pleasant. The soothing sound of the waterfall in the pool was a lovely bonus in the evenings. The neighborhood was serene and felt secure. We even took some evening strolls to the nearby Publix. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Clematis Street and City Place, with an abundance of dining and nightlife options, plus easy access to the beach. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We would love to return to this lovely property if it's available on our next trip!

The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it perfect for our family getaway. The pool was enjoyable, although the heater didn't seem to be functioning, and given the chilly weather, we ended up relaxing in the hot tub instead, which was lovely! The guest studios near the pool offered a nice option for those wanting some seclusion, albeit they are a bit on the smaller side. Being an older property, there are signs of wear, so just be aware of that. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren’t performing well— the freezer was barely colder than the fridge, so we lost our ice supply. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and with only one bedroom located on the main level, I wouldn't recommend it for guests who have trouble with stairs. Additionally, there's no bath or shower in the main living area. Overall, it was a reasonable price for the area, especially when shared among multiple families.
