The property is ideally situated in a secure neighborhood, perfect for a family getaway with multiple generations. While the pool was a bit chilly due to the heater being out of order, we enjoyed the hot tub instead, which was quite pleasant! The guest suites by the pool are compact but offer plenty of privacy for those who need it. Keep in mind that the house is older, so you might notice some signs of age. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren't functioning properly; the freezer was only as cold as a regular fridge, leading to melted ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the main level, which might be an issue for anyone with mobility challenges as there are no bathing facilities on that floor. Overall, the rental is affordably priced, especially when shared among several families.

This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the often overpriced short-term rental scene of West Palm Beach. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends since the bed can be configured as either twins or a king. The central location makes it easy to explore WPB's attractions. The kitchen is newly renovated, featuring a stove, fridge, and sleek countertops with a new sink. The bathroom has also been updated and includes nice extras like a dimmer switch for added ambiance. Ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom, along with superb air conditioning, help keep the space comfortable. The closet is smartly designed with ample storage. Guests have shared access to a washer and dryer, along with off-street parking—both are used by the main house which is also a rental if you need more room. Kevin, the host, was very responsive and efficiently handled a few minor concerns. All in all, this place met all our expectations, and I would happily book with Kevin again.

We were fortunate to stay here during a stressful time. Kevin was incredibly welcoming and went out of his way to help us with our last-minute reservation due to the hurricane. Highly recommend!

The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of everything! However, the building shows its age. I had great communication with Chris, who was responsive and helpful. The carpets really need a deep clean, and I noticed some of the furniture, especially the couch, has seen better days with some peeling. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and found the place cozy and well-placed, but it could use some updates.
