I had to make an unexpected business trip to West Palm and required a place to stay for a month. Kevin was incredibly helpful and stayed in touch from the moment I landed. The complex is quite expansive, but Kevin provided a great tour and I settled in quickly. The condo is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything functioned properly, and it was spotless upon my arrival.
I had a fantastic stay! The apartment was very cozy and ideally located. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were a nice bonus. Adam was an excellent host, always quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely book this place again. Just a heads up, it looked a bit different from the photos, but it was still lovely.

We spent three weeks at this Airbnb and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The location couldn't have been better for our first trip to West Palm. Everything we needed was within a quick five-minute drive, and several spots were even an easy walk away. The area felt peaceful and safe, which was a pleasant surprise given how close we were to the action. This charming Airbnb is a century-old home, and we loved the pool and cabana area in the backyard. The two additional 'casitas' were perfect for accommodating our larger group. Kevin was always quick to respond and made every effort to ensure our stay went smoothly. While the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and the pillows weren't the best, we had an overall fantastic stay and highly recommend this spot for larger groups looking for a prime location in West Palm.

The location of this rental is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. While the building does show its age, Kevin was wonderful and responsive throughout our stay. A thorough steam cleaning of the carpets would go a long way, and some furniture is in need of repair, particularly the peeling upholstery. Despite these few issues, we were quite satisfied with our stay. It provided a cozy atmosphere in a prime spot, although there’s room for improvement.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often-expensive West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends, with the flexibility of having the bed configured as either twins or a king. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been beautifully updated and includes a stove, fridge, and sleek countertops. The bathroom is also newly renovated and features nice details like a dimmer switch for the lighting. With ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, along with great air conditioning, staying comfortable is a breeze. The closet is well-equipped to store your belongings thanks to its thoughtful shelving system. You'll find a shared washer and dryer, along with off-street parking, which is a nice perk (the main house is also available if you need more room). Our host, Kevin, was very responsive and quickly addressed a couple of small issues we encountered. Overall, our stay was pleasant, and we would definitely consider renting from Kevin again.

We arrived in town around 1:00 pm and were hoping to drop off our bags and grab a bite to eat before check-in at 4:00 pm. However, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working, and it would take a bit longer. By 5:49 pm, we inquired about the status, but received no response. We followed up again at 7:02 pm and were told that they would update us shortly. Unfortunately, we didn't get access to the property until approximately 7:45 pm. Upon entering, we discovered there had been a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were in the middle of tiling the floor. They continued making noise with tile cutting until about 9:30 pm, and the used toilet, sink, and plunger were left in the kitchen the entire time. We never received an apology or an offer to rectify the situation. I requested a partial refund due to the late check-in and the inconveniences, but was told they would need to check with the owners, and I never heard back. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn't choose to rent from them again.
