Seaside Haven Getaway - 7 Minutes from Downtown

Kevin is an amazing host, and his apartment is delightful. It’s beautifully decorated, spotless, and has a minimalistic vibe that I really appreciated. My mother enjoyed her stay immensely and was very impressed.

The location was excellent and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it ideal for our family getaway. We had a lot of space for our group, which was fantastic. The pool was lovely, though the heater was out of order, so it was a bit chilly for swimming. Fortunately, we enjoyed the hot tub instead! The guest studios near the pool offered some nice privacy, even though they were on the smaller side. Keep in mind this is an older home, so there are some signs of age. We faced some issues with the refrigerator and freezer not cooling properly, which was a drawback as we couldn’t keep our ice or food chilled. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and with only one bedroom downstairs in the main house, I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who has trouble getting around. Also, there’s no bath or shower in the main living area. Overall, considering we split the cost among several families, it was a reasonable price for the area.

Kevin was extremely attentive and quick to answer all of our inquiries. Managing the preferences of 16 guests is no small feat, yet he handled it with ease! His communication skills made our stay much more enjoyable, which is crucial when you're renting a place like this. The house was exactly as described. Unfortunately, the oven was out of commission, but Kevin promptly assessed the situation. Thankfully, the stovetop was perfectly functional. We didn’t need to prepare large meals since we were there for a wedding. We truly valued our interactions with Kevin, and he surprised us with a few thoughtful extras that enhanced our experience—so a huge thank you to him! I would certainly consider renting other properties he oversees in the future.
