The location of the property was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk or about 5 minutes by car. The room was a bit cramped with just a double bed, a small sofa, and a little table. Additionally, the shower was not functioning properly and the kitchen was lacking essential amenities. Considering the location and the facilities, the price felt excessively high. Thankfully, I was able to receive a full refund according to Airbnb's policy, but for over $300, this space and its amenities seemed overpriced. I hope they can offer a more reasonable rate and improve the facilities in the future.
The owner was exceptional, always available and quick to address any inquiries I had. Their dedication to assisting guests, especially for those needing last-minute bookings during DWD, was truly impressive. The studio itself was beautifully designed and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing my legs after long hours of being on my feet. I would definitely love to return!
We had an absolutely FANTASTIC last-minute getaway at this charming apartment. It comes with convenient parking and a very accommodating host, making everything so easy. You're just a short stroll away from Starbucks, great shopping spots, and live music venues. While some furnishings, like the couch, might show a bit of wear, the incredible view from the window and sliding glass door makes it all a minor concern. Overall, a delightful place to stay!
We had a wonderful three-week stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn't be better for our first visit to West Palm. Almost everything we wanted to see was just a quick five-minute ride away, and some spots were even reachable by a pleasant walk. The neighborhood felt peaceful and secure, which was a big plus for us. This charming 100-year-old home has a lovely pool and cabana area in the backyard, and the two additional casitas were fantastic for our larger group. The host was incredibly responsive and did everything possible to ensure we had a great experience. While we thought the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and the pillows could be more comfortable, overall, this place is a gem for anyone traveling with a big group and looking for a prime location in West Palm.
If I were just rating the host, they would easily receive five stars. However, there were a few issues with the unit that weren't the host's fault. One bathroom had a leaky faucet, but the host quickly arranged for repairs. One of the bathtubs could have used a more thorough cleaning, and the towels could definitely be upgraded. The property manager should consider replacing them.
The owner was fantastic. Always quick to respond and very considerate. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property and would definitely recommend it to others!
