The host was incredibly welcoming, and the property itself was delightful. Highly recommend staying here!

The property was quite a distance from the convention center as shown on the map (over 30 minutes walking, about 5 minutes by car). The room was rather small, with just a double bed, a couch, and a mini table. Additionally, the shower was not functioning properly, and there were no kitchen amenities available. Considering the location and the amenities offered, the price seemed excessively high. I was relieved to receive a full refund of over $300 in accordance with Airbnb's policy, but I believe that price is unreasonable for what was provided. I hope they can adjust their rates and improve the facilities in the future.

This rental is simply fantastic! We spent a month here and loved every second of it. The location couldn't be better—just a short 10-minute ride to the airport without any disturbance, a quick 2-minute stroll to numerous shops and restaurants, and only a 10-minute drive to the beach. Additionally, it's an easy 15-minute walk to Clemantis, which offers amazing dining options and the top-notch farmers market every Saturday. You can easily enjoy the local area without needing a car. The host was wonderful and made our stay incredibly smooth. Whenever we encountered any issues, they quickly arranged for someone to come and resolve it. The rental itself was cozy, spacious, and provided everything we could want. The other tenants in the building were very friendly, and the pool area was a lovely spot to relax. Even when we mistakenly confused our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to assist us. They have several listings and are highly reliable and responsible. We wholeheartedly recommend this property and the host's other listings to anyone looking for a great stay.
