The host was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They went out of their way to assist us with our last-minute reservation following the hurricane evacuation.
Unfortunately, I had to cancel my stay due to an unexpected emergency evacuation. The owner was very understanding and promptly issued a refund, which I really appreciated during such a stressful time.

Our stay at this property was fantastic for gathering my family all together. I highly recommend booking this place, but it’s wise to check on the pool cleaning status before you arrive. We had planned a special barbecue day in the backyard, but unfortunately, the pool needed some treatment and was a bit murky. The owners have since addressed this with the pool service. The property manager was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to our needs. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The property was quite a distance from the convention center as shown on the map (over 30 minutes walking, about 5 minutes by car). The room was rather small, with just a double bed, a couch, and a mini table. Additionally, the shower was not functioning properly, and there were no kitchen amenities available. Considering the location and the amenities offered, the price seemed excessively high. I was relieved to receive a full refund of over $300 in accordance with Airbnb's policy, but I believe that price is unreasonable for what was provided. I hope they can adjust their rates and improve the facilities in the future.

This rental is simply fantastic! We spent a month here and loved every second of it. The location couldn't be better—just a short 10-minute ride to the airport without any disturbance, a quick 2-minute stroll to numerous shops and restaurants, and only a 10-minute drive to the beach. Additionally, it's an easy 15-minute walk to Clemantis, which offers amazing dining options and the top-notch farmers market every Saturday. You can easily enjoy the local area without needing a car. The host was wonderful and made our stay incredibly smooth. Whenever we encountered any issues, they quickly arranged for someone to come and resolve it. The rental itself was cozy, spacious, and provided everything we could want. The other tenants in the building were very friendly, and the pool area was a lovely spot to relax. Even when we mistakenly confused our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to assist us. They have several listings and are highly reliable and responsible. We wholeheartedly recommend this property and the host's other listings to anyone looking for a great stay.
