Kevin truly exceeded my expectations as a host. He was incredibly attentive and considerate throughout my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at his property and would definitely recommend it to others!

The location of the rental was much farther from the convention center than it appeared on the map; it took us over 30 minutes to walk there and only 5 minutes by car. The room felt quite cramped with just a double bed, a small sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower wasn't functioning properly and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the price, which was over $300, it felt out of line considering the location and facilities. Thankfully, the refund policy provided a full refund, but I hope they consider adjusting the price to be more reasonable and enhance the facilities in the future.

I found myself needing a place to stay in West Palm for an unexpected month-long business trip. Thankfully, Kevin was incredibly helpful right from the moment I landed at the airport. Although the building is quite big, he took the time to show me around, which made settling in easy. The condo is perfect for one or two guests, with plenty of space, everything functions well, and it was spotless.

This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's a cozy retreat perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, or a couple of friends, as the bed can be configured either as twins or a king. The location is ideally situated near various attractions in WPB. The kitchen is newly renovated and comes equipped with a range, fridge, and modern sink and countertops. The bathroom has also been updated and features nice touches, including a dimmer switch. There are ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, along with excellent air conditioning to keep things comfortable. The closet space is well-designed with an efficient system for storage. You'll also have access to a shared washer and dryer along with off-street parking, which is a bonus (the main house is also available for rental if you need extra room). Kevin, the host, was prompt in addressing any concerns and handled a couple of small issues amicably. Overall, this property met all our needs, and we would definitely choose to stay with Kevin again.
