This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's cozy and perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends since the bed can be arranged as twin beds or a king. The location is ideal for exploring all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been nicely renovated and features a range, fridge, and modern sink and countertop. The bathroom upgrades include thoughtful details like a dimmer switch for the lighting. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room ensure comfort, alongside the fantastic air conditioning. The closet space is well-designed, providing ample storage with its racks and bars. Shared access to a washer and dryer as well as off-street parking is a big plus, especially since the main house is also available for those needing extra space. The owner was quick to respond to our queries and addressed a couple of small issues promptly and positively. All in all, this property met our expectations, and we would definitely consider renting from this owner again.

We arrived on a flight that landed at 1:00 PM, hoping to enjoy some lunch before check-in at 4:00 PM. However, when we returned at the designated time, we were informed by the host that the cleaning crew was still working and it would take a little longer. After waiting until 5:49 PM for any updates, we followed up but received no response. By 7:02 PM, we inquired again and were told they would provide an update shortly. Unfortunately, we didn’t gain access until approximately 7:45 PM. Upon entering, we discovered that there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still busy laying tiles, making noise until around 9:30 PM. To add to our frustration, they left a used toilet and sink in the kitchen area along with a plunger throughout our stay. There was no apology or gesture to rectify the situation. I requested a partial refund due to the late check-in and the ongoing issues, but was told they would need to consult with the property owner and never heard back. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
We spent three weeks at this Airbnb and truly enjoyed our stay. The location couldn't be better! It was our first visit to West Palm Beach, and we're thrilled we picked this area. Almost everything was just a short drive away, and many spots were within walking distance from the property. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, and we were pleasantly surprised by how convenient it was to everything. This charming Airbnb is housed in a century-old building. The pool and cabana area in the back are wonderful, and the two additional casitas are great for accommodating larger groups. The host was very quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was wonderful. A new washer/dryer and some upgraded pillows would be a nice touch, but overall, it's a fantastic choice for big groups looking for an ideal location in West Palm.

Communication was top-notch, and it really enhances the experience when renting a place like this. The property matched its description perfectly. We did encounter a minor issue with the oven not functioning, but the host promptly came by to assess the situation. Thankfully, the stovetop was in working order, and since we were in town for a wedding, we weren't planning on doing much cooking. We also appreciated the thoughtful little extras provided by the host, which were a delightful surprise. A big thank you to the host! We would certainly consider renting from them again in the future.
We booked this house for a bachelorette getaway with a group of 12, and it couldn’t have been better! The place was immaculate and looked just like the photos. It was a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to check out. The host was incredibly attentive and ready to help with any questions we had. Truly an ideal spot for our celebration!
