We found ourselves in a tough spot when the Airbnb we checked into wasn't prepared. Thankfully, Kevin came to our rescue around 10 PM and made sure we had a place to stay. He was incredibly accommodating and everything went smoothly for our last-minute booking. Highly recommend!

We arrived after our flight at around 1 PM, hoping to have a leisurely lunch before checking in at 4 PM. Unfortunately, when we returned at 4, we were informed that cleaning was still in progress and we would need to wait a bit longer. After several inquiries, we finally gained access around 7:45 PM, which was quite frustrating. To make matters worse, we discovered that there had been some plumbing work done in the downstairs bathroom, with construction workers there until nearly 9:30 PM. They left tools and the old toilet in the kitchen area, which was unpleasant. I reached out about possibly receiving some compensation for the inconvenience, but I was told someone would follow up with me and I never heard back. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider staying here again.

This guesthouse is a fantastic choice in the often expensive West Palm Beach rental scene. It’s perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends since you can configure the bed as either twins or a king. Its location makes it easy to explore all the attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with modern appliances, including a range and a spacious refrigerator. The bathroom is also newly renovated, featuring some nice touches like a dimmer light switch. Both the bedroom and living room are equipped with ceiling fans, and the air conditioning works brilliantly to keep you comfortable. The closet space is very well designed and offers ample storage options. You'll also have shared access to a washer and dryer as well as off-street parking which is a huge convenience. Kevin, the host, was quick to help us out and handled a couple of small issues very well. All in all, this property met our needs, and we wouldn't hesitate to book with Kevin again.
The location of the property was quite far from the convention center as indicated on the map (more than a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive), and the room was on the smaller side (just one double bed, a sofa, and a small table). Additionally, the shower facilities were not functioning, and there was no kitchen available. Given the location and amenities, I found the price to be excessive. Thankfully, I received a full refund of over $300 following Airbnb's policy, but that rate seems unreasonable for what was offered. I hope they consider pricing adjustments and enhance the amenities in the future.

We had an amazing time staying here with a group of 11 for my friend's bachelorette party. The house was just as advertised, spotless, and very spacious! It was a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to check out. Kevin was incredibly responsive and offered great suggestions. Truly an ideal spot for a fun getaway!

The whole experience was seamless thanks to Kevin. Even though our flight was delayed, he patiently waited for us and gave us a fantastic tour of the house upon our arrival. We truly appreciate all the effort he put in to make us feel welcome.
The location can’t be beat, but the property does show its age. I appreciated Kevin's prompt communication throughout our stay. The carpets definitely need a steam clean, and some of the furniture is quite worn, with peeling upholstery. Despite these issues, I had a pleasant stay overall—it's a cozy space in a fantastic area, just not without its flaws.

We arrived in town and landed around 1:00 pm, hoping to grab a quick bite before checking in at 4:00 pm. However, when we returned at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working on the property. By 5:49, we hadn't received any updates, so we inquired again, but no one got back to us. After waiting until 7:02, we asked for a status, and were told someone would keep us posted. Unfortunately, we didn't get into the property until nearly 7:45 pm. When we finally did, we found that there had been a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still there tiling the floor. They continued to cut tiles until about 9:30 pm, which made for a noisy and inconvenient evening. To make matters worse, they left a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, in the kitchen for the duration of our stay. We never received an apology or any attempt to rectify the situation. I inquired about possibly receiving some compensation for the delayed check-in and the issues we faced, but was told they would have to consult the owners, and I never heard back. This experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider renting from them again.
