Fantastic spot and a wonderful home! I would definitely book this place again.
The location of this rental was quite far from the convention center as indicated on the map (over a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive). The room was relatively small, only featuring a double bed, a couch, and a small table. Additionally, the shower was not functioning properly and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Considering the price, which felt excessive for what was provided, I was relieved that Airbnb's policy allowed for a full refund. However, at over $300, I believe the value does not match the offerings. I hope to see more reasonable pricing and improved facilities in the future.

Michael was an amazing host, always ready to assist and answer any queries we had. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that his guests, especially those attending DWD, have comfortable last-minute accommodations tailored to their specific needs. The studio was beautifully maintained and equipped with everything required for a delightful stay. Additionally, the swimming pool was a wonderful perk, helping me unwind after long hours on my feet. I would definitely love to return!

Kevin deserves a solid five-star rating for his hospitality. However, there were some issues with the unit that should be noted. One of the faucets in the bathroom was broken, but Kevin promptly arranged for it to be repaired. Additionally, the cleanliness of one of the bathtubs could be improved, and the quality of the towels left something to be desired. It would be great if the owner could invest in new towels for future guests.

I had a fantastic experience at this rental! The location couldn't be better—everything is within walking distance. The amenities, especially the pool and gym, were top-notch. Mark, the host, was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Just a small note: the apartment looked a bit different from the photos, but it was still lovely overall.
