This property was fantastic! It provided a cozy atmosphere and was situated in an ideal spot. The amenities, including the lovely pool and gym, were definitely a bonus. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions. I would happily return in the future. Just a small note, the apartment didn’t exactly match the images online, but it was still a great experience overall.
We were fortunate to find this gem for a last-minute getaway! The apartment was simply fantastic with convenient parking and an incredibly accommodating host. Everything you need is just a short stroll away – a mere two-minute walk to Starbucks, shops, and live music venues. While some furniture shows signs of wear, the stunning views from the window and sliding door quickly made us forget about any minor imperfections.
The property is quite a distance from the convention center, taking over half an hour on foot or around five minutes by car. The room itself is small with just a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning and the kitchen lacked basic amenities. Given the location and facilities, the price is quite unreasonable. I'm relieved that I was able to get a full refund due to Airbnb's policy, but spending over $300 for this space is excessive. I hope the owner considers adjusting the pricing and improving the amenities for future guests.

This Airbnb is nothing short of fantastic! We spent a whole month here and relished every moment. Its location is ideal—just a short 10-minute journey from the airport (without any disturbance), a quick 2-minute stroll to numerous shops and dining options, and a mere 10-minute drive to the beach. Additionally, it's only a 15-minute walk to Clemantis, where there are amazing restaurants and the best farmers market every Saturday. You really don’t need a car to explore the area. The host was exceptionally accommodating and made our stay effortless. Whenever we encountered an issue, they arranged for someone to assist us promptly and resolved the matter quickly. The Airbnb itself was cozy, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we required. The other residents in the building were friendly, and the pool area was a lovely spot to relax. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. With multiple properties available, their reliability and responsibility are evident. We highly recommend this place and the host's other listings to anyone looking for a great stay.
I would rate the host a full five stars without hesitation, but there were a few issues with the unit that weren’t entirely under their control. A faucet in one of the bathrooms was broken, but the host promptly took care of it. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and the towels provided weren't the greatest quality. It might be worth suggesting that the owner consider replacing them.
We arrived at the property around 1:00 pm after our flight, hoping to have some lunch and settle in by 4:00 pm. However, when we arrived for check-in, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working. We waited until 5:49 pm and sent a message about the delay, but received no response. After asking for an update at 7:02 pm, we were told we would be informed soon. We didn't gain access until roughly 7:45 pm, only to discover that there had been a plumbing issue in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were actively tiling the floor. Their noise continued until about 9:30 pm. To make matters worse, there was a used toilet and sink left in the kitchen throughout our entire stay without any acknowledgment or apology from the host. I inquired about a possible refund for the inconvenience of the late check-in and ongoing issues but was told the host would need to consult with the owners, and I never received a follow-up. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t consider renting from them again.
