I would give Kevin a full five stars for his exceptional service. However, there were a few issues with the property that were beyond his control. One of the bathroom faucets was broken, but Kevin promptly took care of it. I also noticed that one of the bathtubs could have been cleaner, and the towels weren’t the best quality. It would be great if the owner could consider replacing them.

What a fantastic last-minute getaway! We were thrilled to find this gem. The apartment comes with parking, and our host was incredibly helpful and responsive. It's just a short stroll to all sorts of attractions—Starbucks, shops, and live music are all within a couple of minutes. While some furnishings, like the couch, show a bit of wear, the stunning view from the sliding glass door truly makes up for it.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this property! Mark was an excellent host, always quick to assist with any inquiries I had. He made it so easy for guests like me attending the DWD to find accommodations at the last minute and went out of his way to cater to individual requirements. The studio itself was beautifully designed and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable getaway. Additionally, the swimming pool was a fantastic bonus for refreshing my legs after long hours of being on my feet. I will definitely be returning!

I had to make a spontaneous work trip to West Palm and was on the lookout for a comfortable place to stay for a month. Kevin was incredibly helpful and reached out to me right from the airport. Although the building is quite large, he took the time to give me a tour which made settling in much easier. The condo is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything functions perfectly, and it’s kept in great condition.

This was a great spacious place for a weekend getaway with friends. While we did notice a few minor problems, like the hot tub needing some cleaning and some cracked flooring on the main level, everything else was just as advertised. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely consider booking this spot again!
