This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene! It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even two friends since the bed can be arranged as twins or a king. The location is ideal, with plenty of attractions nearby. The kitchen has been beautifully updated and includes a stove, refrigerator, and modern sink and countertops. The bathroom has also been tastefully renovated, featuring thoughtful details like a dimmer switch. Both the bedroom and living area have ceiling fans for added comfort alongside the effective air conditioning. The closet is well-designed with ample storage options. Plus, there's a washer and dryer available, as well as off-street parking, which is shared with the main house (which is also a rental if you need more space). The owner was responsive and handled a couple of minor concerns we had quickly and positively. All in all, this property met our needs perfectly, and we would definitely consider renting from them again.
We arrived at the airport just after 1:00 pm and expected to have some lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, when we arrived at that time, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working and it would take a bit longer. After waiting until 5:49 pm for any updates, we decided to follow up but received no response. By 7:02 pm, we inquired again and were told we would be updated shortly. We finally got access around 7:45 pm only to discover that there was an ongoing leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still installing tiles. They were cutting tile until approximately 9:30 pm, which was very disruptive. To make matters worse, there was a used toilet and sink with a plunger left sitting in the kitchen during our entire stay. There was no apology from the owner regarding the situation, nor was there any effort to rectify the issues. When I asked about a potential refund for the late check-in and the inconveniences, I was told they would have to consult the owners but never received a follow-up. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I doubt I would choose to book with them again.
This spacious property was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. While we encountered a few minor hiccups, like a dirty hot tub and some cracked flooring on the main level, overall, it met our expectations and was true to its description. We would definitely consider reserving it again in the future.
We had an excellent time at this property, perfect for gathering family members all in one space. I highly recommend it, just be sure to check that the pool has been cleaned prior to your arrival. Unfortunately, we had to skip our planned barbecue day since the pool was green and needed maintenance, but the issue has been promptly addressed by the pool service. The host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any of our inquiries. Truly a fantastic host!
We had an amazing getaway with a group of 11 for a bachelorette celebration. The house was spotless, spacious, and matched the photos perfectly. It was just a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to explore. The host was super responsive and provided great assistance throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place!

I highly suggest choosing this place, but it's wise to check if the pool has been properly maintained before your stay. Unfortunately, we had to skip our planned barbecue day because the pool needed some attention and turned a bit cloudy. The issue has been addressed with the pool service since then. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to all our needs. Truly a wonderful experience!

Though the building is quite sizable, the host took the time to show me around, making my transition easy. The condo is perfect for solo travelers or couples; it’s spacious, everything functioned properly, and it was spotless upon my arrival.
