Our family had an incredible time at this rental! It was perfect for bringing everyone together, and we made some wonderful memories. I would definitely suggest checking the pool's condition before you arrive, as we encountered a little issue with it being green during our stay. Thankfully, the host took care of it promptly with the pool service. A huge shoutout to Kevin for being such a fantastic and attentive host. Highly recommend this place for family gatherings!

I had to make a quick business trip to West Palm and needed somewhere to stay for a month. Kevin was incredibly helpful and kept in touch right from the moment I landed at the airport. Although the building is quite large, he showed me around and made sure I was settled in quickly. The condo is perfect for one or two guests, very spacious, well-maintained, and everything worked flawlessly.

Perfectly situated in a safe and friendly neighborhood, this place was ideal for our family getaway. The pool was a bit chilly since the heater wasn't functioning, but we enjoyed the hot tub instead, which was quite relaxing! The guest studios near the pool offered a nice bit of privacy, although they are on the smaller side. Being an older home, you should be prepared for some signs of age. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren't working properly; the freezer was only slightly colder than the fridge, leaving us with melted ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and keep in mind there's just one bedroom on the main floor, so it might not be suitable for those with mobility challenges as there isn't a bathroom on that level. Overall, considering we shared the costs among several families, it was a fair deal for the location.
