Entire rental unit. Stunning WATERFRONT RESIDENCE with Pool in Premier Community

The host was incredibly attentive and responsive to our inquiries throughout our stay. Managing the needs of a large group of 16 can be quite challenging, yet they handled it with such ease. Clear communication really enhanced our experience here, and the property was just as described in the listing. We did encounter an issue with the oven not functioning, but the host promptly came by to assess the situation. Fortunately, the stovetop was operational which was suitable for our minimal cooking as we were in town for a wedding. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and unexpected goodies provided by the host—thank you so much! We look forward to booking more stays with properties managed by them in the future.

The host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. It's clear they genuinely care about their guests' comfort. I really appreciated how they assisted many visitors during the busy DWD event in finding last-minute lodging and catering to their specific requirements. The studio was beautifully designed and equipped with everything to ensure a wonderful stay. Plus, the swimming pool was a great bonus for relaxing my tired legs after long hours of standing. I would definitely love to stay here again!

We arrived on a flight that got in around 1:00 pm, hoping to enjoy some lunch before checking in at the scheduled time of 4:00 pm. However, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working and it would take longer than expected. After waiting, we reached out at 5:49 pm for an update and received no response. It wasn’t until 7:02 pm that we asked again, only to be told we would be updated soon. Eventually, we were allowed to enter the property around 7:45 pm, only to find that there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom and maintenance was still in the process of tiling the floor. They were busy cutting tiles until nearly 9:30 pm, which made it quite noisy. To make matters worse, they left a used toilet and sink along with a plunger in the kitchen throughout our stay. There was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience or any efforts made to rectify the situation. I requested some sort of compensation for the delayed check-in and other issues, but I was told the owner would need to look into it, and I have yet to hear back. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t consider renting from this property again.

I had to make a quick business trip to West Palm and was in need of a place to stay for the month. The owner was incredibly helpful and reached out to me as soon as I landed at the airport. Although the building is quite large, I appreciated the personalized tour that made settling in easy. The condo is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything functioned perfectly, and it was spotless throughout my stay.

The location was fantastic, situated in a secure neighborhood and perfect for a family getaway. The pool area was a bit chilly due to the heater being out of order, but we loved using the hot tub instead! The guest studios by the pool are compact, which offered us the privacy we needed. Keep in mind that the house is older, so it's not in pristine condition. Unfortunately, the fridge and freezer were malfunctioning; the freezer barely got cold enough to make ice, which was a bit frustrating. The stairs can be tricky, and there’s only one bedroom on the main level, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility challenges. Additionally, there's no bath or shower in the main house downstairs. Overall, it was a reasonable rate for the area, especially when sharing with other families.
