The location of the property was significantly farther from the convention center than I anticipated (over 30 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by car). The room was quite small, featuring only a double bed, a couch, and a tiny table. Additionally, the shower facilities were out of order, and there were no kitchen amenities available. Given the distance and the state of the facilities, I found the pricing to be unreasonable. Thankfully, due to Airbnb's policy, I received a full refund; however, the cost of over $300 felt excessive for what was offered. I hope they consider adjusting the price and adding more amenities in the future.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic in every way!
The accommodation was quite a distance from the convention center (over 30 minutes on foot and a quick 5-minute drive). The room itself felt cramped with just a double bed, a small sofa, and a tiny table. The shower had some issues and was not functioning properly, and the kitchen amenities were lacking as well. Considering the price, which was over $300, I found it to be excessively high for what was offered. Thankfully, I received a full refund due to Airbnb's policy, but I hope future guests see more reasonable pricing and better facilities provided.

We had an incredible stay! Kevin was exceptionally attentive and responded swiftly to our many inquiries. Managing the preferences of 16 guests is no small feat, and he handled it all with ease. Communication is crucial for a good Airbnb experience, and Kevin excelled in this area. The property matched the listing perfectly. Unfortunately, the oven was out of order, but Kevin was prompt in coming to check it and confirmed that it couldn't be fixed. Thankfully, we were able to use the stovetop without any issues since we were mostly out for a wedding. We were truly grateful for Kevin's hospitality and a few delightful surprises he provided during our stay—thank you so much, Kevin! We will certainly consider his properties for future visits.
This Airbnb is in a fantastic spot with plenty of space in the apartment. While there are a few minor updates needed, we were overall very pleased with our extended visit. The location is ideal, featuring a convenient parking space, a gym, and an expansive swimming pool where the sunsets are simply breathtaking each evening.

While I would rate Kevin a perfect five stars for his hospitality, I did encounter a few issues with the unit that were beyond his control. One of the bathroom faucets was broken, but Kevin promptly took care of it. Additionally, one of the tubs could have used a bit more attention when it came to cleanliness, and the towels could be updated as they weren't the best quality. I recommend the owner look into replacing them.

The host was amazing! Super approachable, quick to respond, and accommodating. I accidentally booked the wrong dates, and he was really helpful in sorting it out for me!
Kevin is fantastic! He was incredibly friendly and always willing to assist. I can't express how wonderful it was to communicate with him. The accommodation was perfect for our group, featuring two spacious en suite bedrooms and a cozy living area. It provided a peaceful environment that made for restful nights.
