We had a wonderful stay! Kevin was incredibly attentive to all our inquiries and went above and beyond to ensure that everyone in our group of 16 was comfortable. Communication was seamless, which truly made our experience enjoyable. The property's description matched perfectly with what we found upon arrival. The only hiccup was the oven, which unfortunately wasn’t operational, but Kevin was quick to assess the situation. Thankfully, the stovetop worked fine and we managed just fine since we were mainly there for a wedding. We were also pleasantly surprised by some thoughtful extras from Kevin, so a huge shoutout to him for that! We're looking forward to booking again with properties he manages in the future.

The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very safe, making it perfect for our multi-family trip. The pool was lovely, but we found the heater wasn't working, which made it too cold for a swim. Fortunately, we enjoyed the hot tub instead! The guest studios by the pool are compact but provide a good sense of privacy. Just a heads up, the property is a bit older, so you might notice some wear and tear. We had some issues with the refrigerator and freezer, as the freezer was not functioning properly and everything thawed out. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom located on the ground floor in the main house, which may not work well for those with mobility challenges. Also, there's no bath or shower in the main house downstairs. Overall, it was a reasonable price for the area, especially when splitting costs between several families.

If I were solely rating Kevin, he would definitely earn a perfect score. However, the unit itself had a few issues that were beyond his control. A faucet in one of the bathrooms was broken, but Kevin promptly took care of it. I also felt that one of the bathtubs could have used a bit more cleaning. Additionally, the towels were not up to par and could use an upgrade from the owner.

The location is fantastic, though the building shows its age. I appreciated Kevin's prompt communication throughout my stay. The carpets definitely need some attention, and a few pieces of furniture are in rough shape with peeling leather. Overall, I had a comfortable experience in a great spot, but there are certainly areas that could use improvement.

We were in a tight spot after being let down by another Airbnb, but thankfully, Mark came through for us around 10 pm. He made the last-minute check-in at his place simple and hassle-free. The apartment was clean and ready, and we really appreciated how accommodating he was.
The location of the rental was quite far from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and just a 5-minute drive. The room was smaller than expected, featuring just a bed for two, a couch, and a small table. Unfortunately, the shower was out of order, and the kitchen lacked necessary amenities. Given the price point, I found it to be quite unreasonable. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund through Airbnb’s policy, but spending over $300 felt excessive for what was offered. I hope they consider lowering the price and adding more facilities in the future.
This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the often overpriced West Palm Beach rental market. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or two friends, thanks to the versatile bed arrangement which can be configured as either twins or a king-size bed. The location is fantastic, close to all the attractions WPB has to offer. The kitchen is freshly renovated and equipped with a stove, fridge, and a modern sink with countertops. The bathroom has also had a makeover and features thoughtful extras like a dimmer switch to set the mood. With ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, along with excellent air conditioning, we stayed comfortable throughout our visit. The closet is well-designed with plenty of shelving and hanging space. Additionally, there's shared access to a washer and dryer, plus off-street parking, which is a significant plus (the main house is also available for rent if you need more room). The host was responsive and quickly addressed a couple of minor concerns we had. Overall, this property met all our requirements, and we would definitely consider booking with Rebecca again.
