Stunning modern townhome in secure private neighborhood

What a fantastic host! It's clear they genuinely prioritize their guests' comfort and satisfaction. I could write endlessly about all the wonderful aspects of my stay!

We arrived on a flight that touched down around 1:00 pm, hoping to enjoy lunch before our 4:00 pm check-in. Unfortunately, when we returned at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning staff were still on site and it would take a bit longer. After waiting until 5:49 pm with no updates, we inquired about the status but received no response. We followed up again at 7:02 pm and were told we would be notified soon. Finally, we gained access around 7:45 pm, only to find workers had been fixing a leak in the downstairs bathroom and were still tiling the floor. This disruption continued until roughly 9:30 pm, with leftover tools and a used toilet sitting in the kitchen throughout our stay. There was no apology offered, nor any attempt to rectify the situation. When I requested a partial refund for the delayed check-in and related inconveniences, I was told they would check with the owners, but I never received any further communication. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I would not consider renting from them again.

Daniel was an exceptional host. He was quick to respond, very accommodating, and genuinely friendly. I will definitely be returning for another stay.
