Palm Beach's premier 7-bedroom luxury estate

Fantastic spot in the heart of the city, but the building is a bit dated. I appreciated Kevin's prompt communication throughout our stay. The carpets definitely could use a good steam clean, and I noticed some furniture, like the leather chairs, is in rough shape. Overall, I had a pleasant stay in a cozy place with a prime location, though it could use some updates.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often expensive West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends, as the bed can transform from a queen to two twin beds. Its central location makes exploring WPB a breeze. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with modern appliances including a stove, fridge, and stylish countertops. The bathroom is also nicely renovated, featuring thoughtful details like a dimmer switch. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room provide a nice breeze along with the excellent air conditioning. The closet is well-organized with plenty of space for all your belongings. Plus, there's a shared washer and dryer down the hall, which is convenient, and off-street parking is a bonus. Kevin, our host, was always quick to respond and handled a few small issues with ease. Overall, this property met all our expectations, and we would definitely consider booking with Kevin again.

We had an absolutely wonderful last-minute getaway here! The apartment is equipped with parking and our host was incredibly accommodating. You can easily walk to a Starbucks, shops, and live music venues within just a couple of minutes. While the couch shows some signs of wear, the stunning view from the window and sliding door quickly makes you forget about those small imperfections.
