This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even two friends, since the bed can be arranged as twins or a king. Its central location makes exploring WPB a breeze. The updated kitchen comes equipped with a stove, fridge, and stylish countertops, making meal prep enjoyable. The bathroom has also been beautifully renovated, featuring nice touches like a dimmer switch for the lights. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area help keep things comfortable, along with great air conditioning. The closet is well-designed with ample hanging space and shelves for all your belongings. You also have access to a washer and dryer, along with off-street parking, shared with the main house (which is also available for rent if you need extra room). Kevin, the host, was prompt in his responses and handled a few small issues we encountered very efficiently. Overall, this place met all our needs perfectly, and I'd happily stay with Kevin again.

We had a fantastic time staying here with our family! It was the perfect venue for togetherness and making memories. I strongly suggest this property, but do check in advance about the pool's cleanliness before arriving. Unfortunately, our planned barbecue day was affected because the pool wasn't in great shape and required some maintenance, but the issue was quickly addressed by the management. Jason, our host, was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to our needs. Truly a wonderful host!
