This Airbnb is simply outstanding! We spent an entire month here and relished every single moment. The location couldn't be better—just a short 10-minute ride from the airport with no noise disturbances, only a quick 2-minute stroll to numerous shops and eateries, and a 10-minute drive to the beach. Additionally, it's only a 15-minute walk to Clemantis, which boasts fantastic dining options and a vibrant farmers market every Saturday. You truly don't need a car to enjoy all the local attractions. Kevin is a fantastic host who made everything seamless. Whenever we needed assistance, he arranged for someone to come by right away, and the issue was resolved in no time. The Airbnb itself is cozy, spacious, and equipped with all the essentials. The neighbors are friendly, and the pool area was a lovely place to relax. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process. He has several listings and is incredibly reliable and professional. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and Kevin’s other properties to anyone looking for a great stay.

We had a fantastic experience with Kevin as our host! He was incredibly quick to respond to any inquiries we had, which is essential when you have a big group of 16 people to coordinate. The communication was top-notch, making the rental process smooth and enjoyable. The house itself matched the description perfectly. We had a small hiccup with the oven not functioning, but Kevin promptly addressed the issue and confirmed it was broken. Thankfully, the stovetop was available for our light cooking needs during our stay for a wedding. We were pleasantly surprised by a few thoughtful additions Kevin provided, which made our stay even nicer. A massive thank you to Kevin for his support! We will surely be looking for properties managed by him in the future.

We arrived around 1:00 pm and expected to enjoy a nice lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. However, when we returned at the scheduled time, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working on the property. We waited until 5:49 pm for an update, but received no response. After asking again at 7:02 pm, we were told they would provide information soon, but we didn't gain access until nearly 7:45 pm. To add to our frustration, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom, which had workers tiling the floor until 9:30 pm. They left behind a used toilet and sink in the kitchen, which was quite unsettling. Unfortunately, there was never an apology for the inconvenience, and when I inquired about a possible refund for the late check-in and the issues we faced, I was told they would need to consult with the owners, but I never heard back. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and I wouldn't consider booking with them again.

We initially had a reservation at a different property that fell through unexpectedly. Luckily, Kevin was incredibly quick to respond and managed to get us booked in under a day. He greeted us at the house, provided a thorough tour, and made sure we had his contact information in case we needed anything during our stay. Extremely disappointing experience; I wouldn't consider renting from them again.
