I would give the host a full five stars based solely on their attentiveness. There were a few issues with the unit that weren't the host's doing. A faucet in one of the bathrooms was malfunctioning, but the host promptly arranged for it to be repaired. One of the bathtubs could have used a better clean, and the towels provided were not the highest quality. It would be beneficial for the owner to consider replacing them.

The host was incredibly quick to respond to all our inquiries, which was immensely helpful given the size of our group of 16. Excellent communication made our stay much smoother. The property matched the description perfectly, though we encountered an issue with the oven, which the host promptly addressed. Luckily, the stovetop functioned well for our needs since we were mostly out for a wedding event. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches the host included during our stay. A big thank you for everything! We'll certainly look for more properties managed by this host in the future.

After our original booking fell through unexpectedly, we found this place and the host was incredibly quick to assist us with the reservation, completing it in under a day. Upon arrival, the host met us to give a thorough walkthrough of the house and reassured us that we could reach out for anything we might need during our stay. They also shared fantastic recommendations for local beaches, dining options, and fun activities. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

The host came to our rescue late at night when our original booking fell through. We were already checked into another Airbnb that wasn't ready for us when we arrived. Thankfully, the host was able to accommodate us with a last-minute check-in and everything was just perfect at this place. Highly recommend!

We arrived around 1:00 pm and were excited to explore the area before our check-in time of 4:00 pm. However, when we returned at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working and it would take a bit longer. After waiting until 5:49 pm with no updates, we checked in again, and still hadn't heard anything. When we finally gained access at 7:45 pm, we discovered that there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom and workers were busy tiling the floor. The noise went on until about 9:30 pm, which made it quite uncomfortable for us. To make matters worse, there was a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, left in the kitchen throughout our stay. We never received an apology for the inconvenience, and when I inquired about a potential refund for the late check-in, I was told the owner would have to be consulted, yet I never received any follow-up. This experience was quite disheartening, and I don’t think I would consider booking here again.
