Kevin deserves a solid five-star rating for his exceptional hospitality! However, there were a couple of issues with the unit itself that weren't his doing. One of the faucets in the bathroom was broken, but Kevin took care of it promptly. Also, I felt that one of the bathtubs could have used a bit more attention when it comes to cleanliness. Additionally, the towels provided were not up to par and might need to be updated. Overall, a great stay despite these minor hiccups!

The location couldn't be better, but the property itself is somewhat dated. I had great communication with Kevin throughout my stay. The carpets definitely need a deep clean, and some of the furniture is showing signs of wear, with peeling upholstery. Overall, I enjoyed my time here; it's a cozy space in a fantastic area, though there are a few things that could use improvement.

We had a fantastic time at this Airbnb! The apartment is quite large and has a lot of potential, although a few minor enhancements wouldn't hurt. Overall, we were really happy during our extended stay. The location is perfect, with ample parking available. Also, the gym facilities and the expansive swimming pool are great, especially for enjoying breathtaking sunsets each evening.

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of fantastic! We spent a month here and loved every single moment. The location is unbeatable—just a quick 10-minute ride from the airport (with zero disturbances), a short stroll to a multitude of shops and eateries, plus the beach is only a 10-minute drive away. Additionally, it's a pleasant 15-minute walk to Clemantis, where we found amazing restaurants and the best farmers market every Saturday. You really don't need a car to explore the area and enjoy your time. Kevin was a stellar host, making everything so straightforward. He promptly arranged for repairs when we needed assistance, and the issues were resolved in no time. The Airbnb itself was cozy, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The neighbors in the building were friendly, and we loved unwinding by the pool. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to make the situation hassle-free. He clearly knows how to manage multiple listings and is incredibly reliable. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and Kevin's other properties to anyone looking for a great stay.

This place was fantastic! Super comfortable and the location couldn't be better. The apartment complex features a lovely pool and a well-equipped gym. Our host, Kevin, was incredibly attentive and quick to respond. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Just a heads-up, the interior looked a bit different from the online photos, but it wasn't a big deal.
