I would give the host five stars for their hospitality, but there were a few issues with the unit itself that impacted my stay. A faucet in one of the bathrooms was broken, but the host was quick to arrange for a repair. Additionally, one of the tubs could have used a better clean, and the towels provided weren't the quality I expected. It would be advisable for the owner to consider updating them.

I had to make an unexpected work trip to West Palm for a month and was fortunate enough to find this place. The host was incredibly helpful and reached out as soon as I landed. Although the building is quite big, the host took the time to show me around, which made settling in a breeze. The condo is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything functioned perfectly, and it was spotless.

The host was incredibly attentive to our questions and requirements throughout our stay. Managing the preferences of 16 guests is no small feat, and they excelled at it! Communication was top-notch, which is essential for an Airbnb experience. The property was as described, with the exception of the oven, which unfortunately wasn't operational. However, the stovetop was available, and since we were primarily there for a wedding, we didn't need to do any extensive cooking. We truly valued our interactions with the host, who even surprised us with a few thoughtful touches we hadn't anticipated. A big thank you to the host! We will definitely look for other properties managed by them in the future.
