The location of this rental was quite far from the convention center, taking about 30 minutes to walk and only 5 minutes by car. The room itself was on the smaller side, only accommodating a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. I also encountered issues with the shower not functioning properly, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Considering the price point, which seemed excessive for what was offered, I was relieved to receive a full refund of over $300 in line with Airbnb's policy. I hope future guests see more reasonable pricing and improved facilities.

I had a fantastic experience staying here. The host, Mark, was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making the entire process a breeze. The property itself was very cozy, perfect for our group, with two private en suite bedrooms and a spacious living area. This apartment was fantastic! It was cozy and situated in a prime area. The complex has a lovely pool and gym facilities. Our host, Kevin, was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions. I'd definitely book this place again. Just a small note, the decor seemed a bit different from the photos, but it wasn't a big deal.

Kevin proved to be an amazing host, always attentive and quick to address any inquiries I had. He went above and beyond to assist numerous guests at DWD in finding accommodations at short notice, catering to each person's specific needs. The studio is beautifully designed and has all the essentials for a wonderful stay. I especially appreciated the swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing my legs after long hours on my feet. I will definitely return!

We enjoyed a fantastic three-week stay at this Airbnb. The location couldn't be better for first-time visitors to West Palm, as almost everything we wanted to see was just a quick drive away or even within walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure, which we really appreciated. This charming 100-year-old home features an amazing pool and cabana area, along with two casitas that are an excellent bonus for larger gatherings. Kevin, the host, was incredibly attentive and eager to ensure our experience was as enjoyable as possible. If we had to point out a couple of things for improvement, it would be the need for updated washer/dryer and some nicer pillows. Nevertheless, this place is perfect for large groups wanting to take advantage of the best that West Palm has to offer.
