Entire rental unit. Roomy and Inviting Townhome in the Heart of West Palm Beach (CLOSE TO MEDICAL CENTERS)

The location was fantastic, situated in a secure neighborhood, making it perfect for our family getaway. The space was ample for multiple families. While the pool was enjoyable, the heating system didn't seem to be functioning, and since the water was rather chilly, we opted to use the hot tub, which was a lovely alternative! The guest studios by the pool were somewhat compact but offered great privacy if that's what you’re looking for. Keep in mind that the house is older, so some areas show their age. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren't performing well; the freezer was more like a fridge, resulting in melted ice. The staircase can be a bit tricky, and since there’s only one bedroom downstairs in the main house, I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with mobility challenges, especially as there are no bath or shower facilities downstairs. Overall, the price was reasonable for the area, especially when split among several families.

The host was incredible, always available and attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond to assist many guests looking for last-minute arrangements during the event, tailoring solutions to everyone’s requests. The studio itself is beautifully designed and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Access to the swimming pool was a wonderful bonus, helping to soothe my tired legs after long days on my feet. I definitely plan to return!

This spacious getaway was perfect for our weekend trip with friends. While we did encounter a few minor problems, like a hot tub that could use some cleaning and some cracked flooring on the main level, overall it met our expectations and had no significant issues. I would definitely consider booking this place again in the future.

Our family spent three weeks at this Airbnb, and we truly enjoyed every moment. The location couldn’t be better! As first-time visitors to West Palm, we were thrilled with how convenient everything was. Almost everything we wanted to see was just a short drive away, and many attractions were even within walking distance. The neighborhood felt peaceful and secure, which added to our overall comfort. The property itself is a charming century-old home. We loved the pool and the cabana area in the back; they were fantastic for relaxing. The two additional 'casitas' were an excellent bonus for our larger group. The host was incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The only suggestions I have would be to update the washer/dryer and get some more comfortable pillows. Other than that, I'd highly recommend this spot for anyone traveling with a group and seeking a prime location in West Palm.
