This Airbnb is truly fantastic! We spent a month here and loved every single moment. The location couldn’t be better; it’s less than 10 minutes from the airport without the noise, just a short 2-minute stroll to many shops and eateries, and only a 10-minute drive to the beach. It’s also a pleasant 15-minute walk to Clemantis, which is filled with amazing restaurants and a wonderful farmers market every Saturday. A car isn’t necessary to enjoy the surrounding area. Kevin, the host, is superb and made our stay so effortless. Whenever we had a minor issue, he quickly arranged for someone to come by and resolve it. This Airbnb is cozy and spacious, equipped with everything we needed. The neighbors were very friendly, and the pool was a lovely spot to relax. When we accidentally confused our checkout date, Kevin went out of his way to ensure everything was smooth. He has several properties and is incredibly reliable and responsible. We highly recommend this place and Kevin's other listings to anyone!

We had a fantastic stay for our work trip and couldn't have asked for more. The accommodations were spacious and the beds were super comfy and spotless. The two additional cottage rooms at the back were ideal for giving everyone their own bathroom and privacy. The pool area was a lovely bonus; while we had to use the nets to keep it clean due to the nearby trees, the weather was perfect for a swim. The gentle sound of the waterfall in the evening was very soothing. The area felt extremely safe and quiet, so we enjoyed some evening walks to the nearby Publix. The location is also a short stroll from Clematis St and City Place, which are bustling with bars and restaurants as well as proximity to the beach. Our host, Kevin, was incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had. We would certainly choose to return here if we have the chance in the future.

Kevin was incredibly attentive to our queries and made our stay very enjoyable despite the challenge of catering to a group of 16. His communication skills are top-notch, which is crucial when you're booking an Airbnb. The house matched its description perfectly. The only hiccup was the oven, which unfortunately was out of order. However, Kevin promptly assessed the situation, and we were able to use the stovetop without any issues. Since we were there for a wedding, we didn't need to prepare large meals. We truly valued our exchanges with Kevin and were pleasantly surprised by some thoughtful extras he provided. A big thank you to Kevin for everything! We look forward to reserving more of his properties in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming guesthouse, which is a breath of fresh air in the pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for singles, couples, or even a couple of friends, thanks to the flexible bedding options that can either be twin beds or a king. The central location made it easy for us to explore all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen is beautifully updated with a stove, fridge, and modern countertops, making meal prep a breeze. The bathroom renovations also added a touch of luxury, especially with the thoughtful dimmer switch. We appreciated the ceiling fans in both the living area and bedroom to keep things comfortable alongside the fantastic air conditioning. The closet is well-designed with ample storage, and we had access to a washer and dryer, which was convenient, even though we shared it with the main house. Kevin, our host, was incredibly responsive and handled a couple of minor issues promptly and positively. All in all, this place was a great fit for us, and we would definitely consider booking with Kevin again.
